Charming ranch home surrounded by high hedges on quiet Southampton Village Street. Our beautiful home will provide you with a perfect Hamptons holiday. Choose to use either three or four bedrooms, all with full private baths attached. The fourth room can be used as either an office or bedroom and has a sauna that can fit 6 people. The traditional living room with dining area has a working fireplace with a flat screen TV; full kitchen with all the amenities and one car garage attached to the house. The house is complete with laundry facilities.
Three sets of sliding glass doors lead from the living quarters to the blue-stone patio where the pool and eating area await you, furnished with weathered teak furniture and a new Weber grill you will never want to leave this perfect gathering place. Further back a beautiful Ginkgo tree towers over the gated backyard creating both a shaded as well as sunny area to entertain, lay in the sun or just relax. There is another entrance to the home from the patio that leads to the kitchen.
Use one of the four bicycles to to access Coopers Beach approximately 1.5 miles from the house.

Why the Owner Chose Southampton
We both enjoy this area because it in not a tourist town and while certainly the Hampton have become more crowded over the years we still feel as though it has the small town feeling.
The Unique Benefits of this House
We enjoy the privacy of the property and our quiet street. We are close to the beach and only 2 miles from Southampton Village. We have always enjoyed getting coffee from the Golden Pear and going for a morning walk with our Labrador Retriever on the beach.
