3 Bedroom 2 Bath Home, located just 3 homes from the beach, in North Forest Beach.
This unique 3rd row unattached townhome offers the comfort of a private home and is only steps away from the beach and oceanfront complex pool.
The decor is bright, cheery and the home gets lots of sunlight throughout the day. Recently a wonderful large two-tiered sun deck was added to the home. The deck is accessible from the living room and dining room and is great for outdoor dining and afternoon sunning.

The kitchen is open to the living and dining areas on the first level of the home and affords a comfortable setting for family entertainment. You will be able to kick back, read, watch movies, play cards and get a great tan during your stay in 108 Oceanwood!
The master bedroom is conveniently located on the first floor off the living room. The bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, television and a private bath.
The second level features two bedrooms that share a bathroom. One bedroom features a queen size bed and access to a small private deck. The other bedroom features two twin beds and a television. For added convenience the living room has a sleeper sofa.
Carport parking is available under the home.
Our guests have found the convenient location in a primarily residential area also provides easy access to the activities at Coligny Circle only one mile away.
There is a bike path that runs along North Forest Beach that will guide you right to Coligny.
This oceanfront village of separate townhouses located off North Forest Beach Drive near the Crowne Plaza Resort offers the individual privacy of a home with the convenience and amenities of a villa.
The oceanfront community pool and kiddie pool is surrounded by a large deck area and gazebo.
