This is a 1300 square foot 2 Bedroom 'Boca Grande' unit on the 4th floor and in the center of the building with an unobstructed view of the lagoon pool and the Gulf of Mexico...the best view in the building.
Step out from the Master Bedroom or Living Room to admire that view from a 200 sq foot balcony with full chaise and patio seating.
The custom beach theme throughout the condo interior is bight, airy and newly redecorated. The unit is tiled throughout and the gourmet kitchen has Corian counters and is fully equipped for any in-house entertaining (along with the formal dining room table and suite).
Entertainment amenities include stereo and wall mounted Plasma cable TV. Master bedroom has a King Bed, in-room TV/DVD and walk-in closet.
Bathtub jets in master bathroom are the perfect way to relax after a day at the beach. The second bedroom has its own walk-in full bath, Queen bed and TV.

Our family has been vacationing in Destin for 25 years. We loved it so much we decided we had to own a piece of it at Sterling Shores! Our only regret is that we don't get to spend more time in our condo than the 2-3 weeks a year we can squeeze in from our lives in California. There's simply no better place to spend time at the beach than in Destin. It's our home away from our California home...and we'd love you to enjoy it for your next vacation too.

Destin and the Emerald Coast have the best beaches in Florida. Period. There's nothing like the sugar sand and the color of that water! But that's not all Destin has to offer. The charm of the harbor and all the family attractions mixed with the great shopping, restaurants, nightlife and laid back feel of Destin make it second to none.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
The lagoon pool is a blast. The kids will love the mushroom. At the Beach Club you can relax at the beach pool and grab a bite to eat at the snack bar (the hamburgers are awesome). You have to try the grouper and the amberjack at the Back Porch Restaurant on the beach...or simply grab something cold at the beach bar and enjoy the sunset. There's so much to do in Destin. Just down the road is Kahuna's Water Park and the Track for the kids. Five minutes away you'll find Destin Harbor...you have to walk the boardwalk in the late PM when the fishing boats are coming in! Five minutes the other way is Destin Commons and, not far beyond that, Sandestin. The shopping, restaurants and nightlife are amazing.
