My husband and I spent the month of March at Casa Mar Azul 1 at this lovely home on the canal with cabana privileges and ocean access. The home was exceptionally clean and ready for our arrival. The owners were responsive and available to us. I would highly recommend this property for rental. KCB offers all the amenities one could ask for in the Keys.

This home is absolutely wonderful. It is located in the middle of a block, in a quiet neighborhood, on a canal. The home had every amenity that you would want or need. Key Colony Beach is a beautiful community, and very accessible to restaurants, pharmacies, grocery stores, and beaches and parks. I think what our family loved the most was having our meals outside on the deck overlooking the canal. I cannot say enough about the thoughtful owner. If and when we decide to visit the Keys again, we would not hesitate in renting this home. Thank you John & Aileen.

This is the second time that we have rented this place and we loved it both times. It is very spacious, clean, nicely furnished and has everything that you would need for your vacation! It is also very quiet and we loved relaxing on the back deck with a book and also watching the birds, iguanas and boats. The membership to the Cabana club is a major bonus!! It is close to Marathon which has a nice grocery store and has fishing boats. It is also 1 hour from Key West which is a fun day trip. The only thing missing is bikes which would be nice to have for biking around Key Colony Beach! We would definitely go back to this house!

My wife and I have rented various properties on Key Colony many times. During Thanksgiving week of 2011 we stayed at Casa Mar Azul for the first time. It was truly the best vacation home we've ever enjoyed. There were seven of us and at no time did we ever feel "in each other's way", because this place is so spacious. You want for nothing. As a matter of fact, my wife and I decided not to fish on Thanksgiving Day and cooked a turkey with all the trimmings for the whole gang. Never once did we lack a utensil, pot or pan. We have a nice kitchen here at home but perhaps not quite as nice as CMA! The deck and dockage was perfect...I can't think of a negative...and we are pretty hard to please...especially my sister-in-law...even she loved it. We'll be back John! Here's a plug for a fishing charter...The Main Attraction...right there on the causeway...we've fished a lot in our lives but on Wednesday of our week we had the most productive day ever...dolphin, tuna and even a sail. Casa Mar Azul and Main Attraction...what a combo...

We had a great time. The house was wonderful and the location is great for fishing. Very fast to get out either to the reefs or to the gulf. bait and fuel was also very close. Hope to return next year.

I just can't say how much I enjoyed staying at this home. It was actually better than in the description and the photos. If you have an doubts, go ahead and rent this home. It was immaculate, everything worked and it is like brand new. You can enjoy the peaceful setting on the deck and just relax while you are here. It is great for a family vacation and has quick access to everything. The places to eat and walk in Key Colony are very nice. It is a private community that is well patrolled by a private Police force , so your vacation is peaceful. There are no obnoxious people making noise in the streets and you can sleep at night and wake up and enjoy a great day in your own tropical retreat. The owner has the home equipped with everything you would need, all the appliances are new and the washer and dryer work great. This place is a winner. The Owner is a true gentleman and a pleasure to deal with.

When our family began vacationing in Key Colony Beach back in the late 90's we thought it was the best little Island in the Florida Keys and surely is a hidden treasure. You just cannot find anything as clean, nice and pristine as Key Colony Beach. More than we could have imagined

From the first moment we stepped onto the property all we could say was "Wow!" This place will take your breath away. Even with seven people cooking all at once we had enough room to maneuver around the spacious, well-appointed kitchen. We rented a boat from Fun N Fish which worked out great - we were "living like the locals" for the entire week. The outdoor space was nice - we used the grill almost every night. We especially enjoyed the ideal location near Marathon's shopping, great restaurants (including Keys Fisheries), etc. - not too far from Key West (54 miles) or Islamorada (where we took in the show at Theatre of the Seas). Our 9 year old nephew made friends with an egret or two - and more than a few pelicans (which showed up whenever the fish cleaning station was being used). The owners are great and we would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to make their Keys Getaway. We can't wait to go back ourselves!

From the moment we drove up and walked in the door we were very pleased with the well kept roomy home. We were vacationing with young children which made this a far better choice than a resort for many reasons like the spacious great room where we could wind down as a family after a day of activity. The large deck was also a nice plus as we spent alot of time out there in the warm Florida sun. The near by Cabana Club was also a very pleasant suprise. We spent alot of time on the beach and in the pool. The wireless internet at the house was fast and somthing we really need when we travel and never get at resorts. I could go on but to make a long story short, everything about the experience was positive. Thanks

We were pleasantly surprised at our arrival. The home was everything and more than discribed. Anything needed for the kitchen was there. Plenty of linens and the furniture ( TOP OF THE NOTCH ). Very clean. Fishing Great off the dock. The owners seem to also be on top of their property and quite caring. My mother is in a wheel chair and we had no problem with getting her around. If you choose to make this your vacation spot you will not go wrong. Thank you

We just returned from our week long stay at Casa Mar Azul and had a fantastic time! (4 adults and 1 toddler) The house was a perfect home base to explore the keys from. We enjoyed everything from hanging around at the Cabana Club pool/beach/bar, local beaches like Sombrero, Cocoplum and Bahia Honda to heading to Key West for some exciting new experiences....the dolphin expedition behind Banana Bay in Key West (info received at Key West Info Center) was well worth the money....even our 23 month old tried snorkeling (seriously) with the fantastic patience of our captain Ash. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and the house was stocked with everything you need. We hope to come back to stay and play soon.

Had an excellent vacation July 19 - 25th at Casa Mar Azul. Home is spotless with everything you could need to cook including brand new stainless grill on deck. Beautiful sunrises, cooler on deck in afternoon due to shade which is perfect. Cabana Club was fun with an excellent staff. Proximity to ocean/bay is effortless by boat. One hour to Key West ~ highly recommended! Furnishings are high end. We've rented many vacaion homes is this is on par with the best we have rented.

We have stayed in Key Colony for five summer vacations and absolutely loved the house this time. We were there for the week of July 3 through the 11th. It was very well stocked and the owner was very cordial. It has a nice setup and it is close to the end of the canal. The back patio was very nice also to lounge about and sip a Margarita. We love the Cabana Club and their pool. The grandchildren will talk about it all fall and winter until we make arrangements to go back next summer. Thanks John and your wife for a wonderful vacation.

My family & close friends family recently returned from a week at Casa Mar Azul ~ there were 4 adults and two teens in our party. The furnishings are high end and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. No problems with the washer/dryer. Plenty of towels are available. A/C worked perfectly. Home faces east so we had great sunrises & plenty of shade on the deck in the afternoon when you need it. Grocery store is only a few miles away as well as a KMart with a large fishing department ~ this is where the men got their fishing licences. We opted to rent a boat for the week for fishing and this is a perfect location for ocean or bay with easy access to both. We saw the most beautiful sunset 6 miles out in the ocean from our boat! We spent a few days at the Cabana Club where the pool was a perfectly refreshing temperature and the staff was outstanding - Joe deserves a raise! Ventured to Key West twice, one hour drive from this home and is a MUST! This was our first trip to the Keys and we highly recommend this central location.

Casa Mar Azul was relatively new, beatifully kept and an ideal place for our family vacation in the keys. Dock, deck, cleaning station and bait freezer were in first class condition making family outings with the boat a real pleasure. Cabana Club membership/beach passes provided plenty for the kids to do. Definitely would stay here again.
