Well I will start by saying that I am not nearly as uptight as I may look in this corporate photo, as a matter of fact, just the opposite. I absolutely love Atlanta and would love to provide others visiting, here on a temporary assignment, or on vacation, a chance to see this great city and state, while living in a cozy and homey guesthouse vs. a hotel room. Atlanta and Georgia have so much to offer, I do not need to tell you, and as a cyclist, hiker, and runner, I take advantage of all of it from the city, to outlying areas, to the mountains and even the beaches. Atlanta is my home, and would love to give you a great place to stay while you are here.
Why the Owner Chose Atlanta
You cannot beat the location of this guesthouse; 1/8 of a mile from 75, 1 mile from the city, sits on top of 400 and 85 - you can get anywhere.... yet when you see that it sits on 1 acre of land surrounded by trees and perched on a hill, in a private neighborhood of Buckhead, you will be amazed that you are in the city. It is quiet, private, and so quaint, let alone close to anything you want to do.
The Unique Benefits of this Guesthouse Apartment
The last renters were having construction done on their house, and had a dog, so could not find a place that allowed pets, but more importantly was clean, safe, and convenient for them. We allow pets (inquire on) and so the 3 parks that are in walking distance are perfect for running, cycling, people watching and of course dog sitting. The amenities of the home are more than hotels, and yet is walking distance from Thai, Cuban, Italian and more restaurants than you will want. The guesthouse sits apart from the main home, and yet has a backyard, patio and private entrance that visitors can take advantage of. It is a home away from home.
