Everything about this condo was perfect! We opted to cook in most nights and had everything we needed as far as cookware and utensils. We had to provide our own condiments, which wasn't a problem especially with Walmart very nearby. Tom was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had. The condo was very clean and comfortable (soft sheets, great water pressure). We traveled with another couple, and none of us wanted to leave!! Broadway at the Beach was within 10-15 minutes, which was a fun place day or night. We golfed at Arcadian Shores, which was within minutes and was enjoyed by all of us (experienced and beginner). We also kayaked in Conway, SC about 25 mins away, which was also very enjoyable. No need to look for another place for next year. We've found our home away from home. :)

Oh boy, I enjoyed myself. The description and pictures were accurate. It was clean and well kept. The furniture was beautiful and the condo was so personable. I have visted myrtle beach many time and stayed in many places, however this was one of the best. I would surely recommend this home to friends and family. Also, I enjoyed corresponding with the owners.

The Site is magnificent

We had a great time at the Kingston Plantation. The site is magnificent with pools, trails, great beach and amenities. Very central location. The condo is very clean and comfortable for accommodating a family. It's worth the investment and it reflects accurately the description. It lacked a few basic necessities, that would make our stay more enjoyable (i.e.: cleaning products, paper towels, salt & pepper, beach chairs, etc...). We had to buy everything from scratch and we left them there for the next tenants to appreciate. We tried to keep the condo spotless and there wasn't even any Windex to keep the glass table clean. I would certainly return and would recommend to others. The owner is responsive and it shows that he takes care of his condo.

We do provide starter paper towels/toilet paper for our guests but most people prefer to bring or purchase their own condiments. Thanks again for assisting with troubleshooting the MBR TV problem. It's been replaced and you should have received or will receive shortly a check for your inconvenience.

Beautiful condo with great views. Everything is very clean and comfortable! Very convenient to all the restaurants,sites, and shops. The beach and pools are just a short walk away. You can also walk to the Apache Pier from the condo. They have lifeguards at the beach all day which makes you feel more at ease when traveling with small children. Kingson is a very nice resort and the people are friendly. Also has close parking. This was one of the best condos we have ever stayed in and look forward to staying here again! Thank you for sharing it with us.

We had a fantastic time! The condo was very clean and comfortable with great views. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable which can be hard to find. It was updated nicely and had everything we needed! We love Kingston and this has been one of our favorite condos to stay in. We will definitely be back!

This condo is one of the best I've ever experienced. Everything looked brand new.... there were 2 porches with different views..... the shower even had a view. The bedrooms were large. The keypad to enter the condo was very convenient. The televisions were large and up-to-date. The location was great. I would definately stay here again.

Pictures don't do it justice. It is a "Castle in the Sky"! My family and I stayed Easter weekend 2010 and we were pleasantly surprised at how nice the unit was. Quiet, comfortable and spacious. It is everything as adervertised. The recent modeling is very much noticed. We have found our new home at the beach and will stay again....

We are newlyweds and what a beautiful place to spend a week long honeymoon. It is in a perfect location and the views are incredible. The people are so friendly and welcoming! The condo is filled with so many awesome features (i.e. beautiful dining room, kitchen, HUGE master bedroom and bathroom, multiple balconies, and the list goes on!). Overall, what a fantastic experience and a time filled with valuable memories!!! We will DEFINITELY be renting this beautiful place for years and years to come!

Just returned from an excellent week at the Sand Castle in the Sky. The location was perfect for our family. Kingston Plantation is a wonderful community. We enjoyed going for walks in the community and feeding the ducks. The SouthHampton Building where this unit is located is directly on the beach. There are pools on each side of the building. The larger pool is open until 10 at night which my daughter loved. Easy beach access with a shower to get the sand off. Lifeguards at the beach for the entire day. We went at the end of the summer so it was very quiet. We had easy access to the pools at both the Hilton and the Embassy Suites (not sure if the Hilton gate is always open during the busy times of the year). Both had a restaurant and a bar open during the day. Embassy Suites had a DJ that played music by request in the afternoons. My daughter loved that. All the pools were very nice. The Embassy Suites also has a small waterpark. Access to the waterpark is not supposed to be open to those renting units privately but they let us in at the end of the day one afternoon. The unit itself had everything we needed. We were 3 adults and one child. Both bathrooms have a hairdryer. The kitchen was well stocked, even has a George Foreman grill. Internet access is only available in the lobby but there are comfortable tables and couches down there to sit and check your email if you bring your computer. The unit is very close to restaurant row with lots of all you can eat seafood buffets (we tried this once-that is really all we could do that!). Easy drive to Barefoot Landing. We also drove to the boardwalk and to Broadway on the Beach. It was the end of the summer so the traffic was not an issue for us at all. The fitness center at Kingston Plantation is very nice....$10 per day. There is a weekly rate that I don't remember. For shopping there is a SuperWalmart very very close, right across from the outlets. We will defintitely be returning to Kingston Plantation.

What a wonderful place to stay! We had everything we needed. Great furniture, both inside and on the balconies. The views were incredible. The condo was spotless. There was enough room for other family members that stayed in a nearby condo to come visit and have a meal. It was very hard to leave, and I'm definitely going to remember this the next time I plan a trip to Myrtle Beach

I must say that you have done a great job with this unit. I have been staying at Kingston Plantation since 1991 so I have seen alot of rental units. The new renovations and newly appointed furniture look great and provide a refreshing and comfortable vacation spot. We had everything we needed from dishes to the washer and dryer. Your 14th floor uint provides beautiful morning and evening ocean views. Privacy is great as I never heard a single neighbor. Thanks for sharing your rental for our vacation. We will certainly make this unit part of our next vacation at North Myrtle Beach.

Tom and Korliss-your place is wonderful! We so enjoyed the beautiful views from the many balconies (with comfortable chairs-none of those cheap plastic chairs I SO hate found here!). Our son decided he wanted to move in-almost couldn't get him off the divan at the end of the sofa, which is really opulent, and the nearby chair was mine the whole week! Absolutely love the curtains, tile and new wood floors in the living room, which are all so rich, and the decor is top notch. Found everything we needed in the kitchen, loved having a full size laundry, and there really was room for everything! Only issues were that we found the second shower and outside hall ceilings a bit low for our 6'5 1/2" son, that master tub is HUGE! and we never could figure out the combination to make the jets in the master tub work, but otherwise, this is probably the nicest place we have stayed in years. You thought of everything-beautiful decor, huge master bedroom, lots of privacy, comfy chairs on the balconies, extra blankets and pillows, plenty of dishes and glasses, even a wine opener, and all so clean and neat! We loved it and would go back tomorrow! You guys are awesome!!!!!!!!
