New Oversized LUXURY 891 sq. ft. Master One Bedroom with Central A/C, Master Bath with tub and shower. Great large balcony with views. This brand new Base Village Unit offers the best of ski-in, ski-out location in Snowmass. Steps from the New Base Village Mall with restaurants, shopping, and right between the new Elk Camp Gondola and Snowmass 6 person Chairlift. The unit is located in Capitol Peak 2A, which is the building that is right next to the Tree House. THE UNIT ALSO HAS A QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA, ALLOWING 4 PEOPLE MAXIMUM. ALL RATES INCLUDE TAXES of 14.3% AND 5% SERVICE FEES. WINTER RATES ALSO INCLUDE DAILY HOUSEKEEPING. SUMMER RATES INCLUDE 2 HOURS OF A MID WEEK CLEANING.

The unit comes new and furnished turnkey down to the silverware. Location, Location, and Location! Also, extra large storage locker downstairs, w/d in unit, parking space in parking garage, elevator right to unit, 2 hot tubs, pool table, and complete fitness area. The only ski storage locker with an electrical outlet for a boot dryer and just 50 feet from the Elk Camp Gondola. No pets or smoking preferred.

**NOTE: I DO HAVE TWO FRIENDS THAT OWN 2 BEDROOM, 2 BATH UNITS IN THE NEW BASE VILLAGE THAT MAY BE INTERESTED IN RENTING, IF YOU HAVE A LARGER PARTY. EACH NEW 2 BEDROOM UNIT SLEEPS 6 PEOPLE COMFORTABLY. ONE IS A PENTHOUSE CORNER UNIT AND THE OTHER IS RIGHT BELOW THE PENTHOUSE UNIT. BOTH ARE IN THE SAME BUILDING #2A CAPITOL PEAK, AS MY OWN UNIT. THE WINTER RATES ARE $600 PER NIGHT LOW SEASON, $800 PER NIGHT REGULAR SEASON, AND $1200 PER NIGHT FOR CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEARS.

  • Coming from New York City this unit was completely amazing. My husband and two older kids could not believe how large and luxurious this one bedroom condo was. It still smelled new and was immaculate. I was thrilled that it was appointed beautifully and had everything equiped in the kitchen and the unit down to the silver ware. It was better than what they had advertised. The bath had both a tub and shower. The queen pullout sofa was a concern, but it was very comfortable for both my older kids. I think it would be comfortable for 2 adults too. It is so easy when you can park underground close to the elevator that takes you right to the unit. It is great to be in the New Base Village with all the new restaurants (Sneaky's Tavern, Junk, The Sweet Life, and a Japanese restaurant). There is even a nightclub (Liquid Sky) and shopping. What topped it off for us was having the Elk Camp Gondola and 6 person chair right there too. In the morning we use to have to, stress out and hurry getting our kids to ski school, by driving, trying to find a parking space, and hurrying to get them there on time. This time we just relaxed in our unit, got dressed, took the elevator down to the Village level by our ski locker room, and walked the kids over to Ski School. Everything is just steps away. I finally got the ski vacation I have been looking for all these years. I got a very relaxed vacation. From now on I will only stay at the New Base Village accomodations. Nothing compares to the location and convenience in Snowmass, especially if you have kids because the new Tree House kids center is right there. This is the best unit I have ever stayed in on a ski vacation period. I highly recommend it.
