This property has been in the family since 1899. Charlie and Carol Gumm built this home as a vacation retreat in 1972. When Charlie retired from a 40-year career in law enforcement in Milwaukee, the couple made this home their year-round residence. Advancing age has required Charlie and Carol to move closer to their son in Maine.
