Come stay at our fully furnished two bedroom condo. It is located at Mountainside condominiums in Frisco, Colorado. A terrific location if you want a spectacular view. Just off the deck is a view of Ten Mile Range with a stream running through the property. The bike path that runs from Breckenridge to Vail is also right outside our back door. There are picnic tables and outdoor grills for fun filled picnics in the spring and summer, while there is a wood burning fireplace welcoming you inside during the winter months.
Activities abound in the Summit County area, whether it's summer, spring, winter or fall...Whether you love to downhill ski or cross-country ski, you'll find a variety of trails ranging from beginner to expert at one of four easily accessible ski areas; Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, Copper or Keystone. Free shuttle service is available to all of these ski areas from Frisco. The summers are wonderful in Summit County as well. Fishing and boating on the Dillon Reservoir are very popular, while hiking and biking are what draws others to the mountains.
Our condominium has a clubhouse with an indoor pool, hot-tub, sauna and racquetball court, while outside there are three hot-tubs and a tennis court. There are also laundry facilities in the clubhouse.
Our condo is located on the first floor with one assigned covered parking space. It has a master bedroom with a new pillow-top king bed, walk-in closet and attached bathroom. The other bedroom has two new twin beds with a nice size closet. The second full bathroom is off the hallway. Our kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of pots, pans and utensils for the gourmet cook. Enjoy the den with the fireplace and awesome view of the mountains behind you. There is a pull-out sofa in the den. Take in the beautiful view while sitting on the deck and grilling on the gas grill. Come visit and you will never want to leave!

We loved having a warm, cozy, beautiful views, great beds, room to spread out place to hang our hat for the few days we were there hiking Mt Elbert. The owners are wonderful people. Their home away from home is exceptional, very comfortable and all descriptions are correct of their rental. We would definetely stay here again and I would reccommend this to any of my friends. If anyone is up to hiking Mt Massive or Mt Elbert or going to Twin Lakes or Leadville, the drive is about an hour or so. If you are hiking there, you need to be on the road no later than 4:30 a.m. to get an early start (approx 5:30a.m.) up the mountains and reach summitt, before the rain showers come mid-day.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

Our stay was terrific. The unit was very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed for a spring skiing trip ( could have used more snow!) We felt very welcomed in the unit; it was like staying at a friend's place, including family photos, lots of books, movies and games. We also loved the wood fireplace. The bathrooms looked newly remodeled and the bedrooms were really comfortable! Mountain Side also has the BEST pool and Hot tubs in all of Summit County! We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and we had several great meals in Frisco as well! This is a great location; very central to many ski areas! We hope to come back and ejoy this unit again!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

About the owner: we are a family of four who love the mountains in the winter as well as the summer. we are skiers and boarders, hikers and swimmers-that makes frisco a great home base in the mountains! we can ski copper, keystone, breckenridge or a-basin and be there within 10-15 minutes. we can hike, we can swim, or we can just chill and walk to main street for coffee and ice cream. we just love frisco....
