Beautiful Santa Monica with its Third Street Promenade and the Pier, is less than a mile walk, cab or bus ride away.

Fully furnished and equipped summer beach rental, ready to live in, just bring your toothbrush! Patio with barb-b-q for sun and privacy. Two car private and secure garage with storage,plus ample street parking. Includes four bicycles, surfboards and beach chairs/umbrellas – all you need to enjoy the beach.

Townhouse is two-level with high cathedral ceiling and skylights on upper level, lots of sunshine and light. Gourmet kitchen with all new appliances, granite counter tops, tile floor, custom lighting and kitchen equipment and appliances for gourmet cooking at home. Linens and towels supplied. White ceiling fans in all rooms, paired with beach breezes make for comfortable living. Master bedroom/bathroom has one king size bed. Second bedroom can be either one queen size bed, ideal for two couples, or two single beds, ideal for families. Second bedroom can also be an office or baby's room with crib. Freshly painted and decorated, neutral, beach-style furnishings and décor. Approx 1,100 of living space, plus small, fenced front yard/garden and garage.
