This charming new home is perfect for two families with children who love the beautiful beaches of the Florida panhandle. It is also a sophisticated retreat with 12 foot ceilings and custom decor for four couples who want a get away amidst the incredible amenities of Water Color.Address is 46 Pine Needle Way in the Camp District.Home backs up to a nature preserve on a quiet street.

BEDROOMS: Master on the left has Jacuzzi tub in addition to a shower and double sinks. King Bed is pillow top firm Serta and all drapes in bedrooms are heavily lined so that you can actually sleep past sunrise on your Florida vacation! 33 inch flat screen TV on wall and ceiling fan. 12 foot ceilings and a beautiful view of the preserve behind the house makes for a romantic setting.

MASTER ON RIGHT: Equally as beautiful. Bathroom has tub and shower. Rooms are identical as far as drapery, furniture and TV.

QUEEN ROOM THAT DOUBLES AS ROOM FOR THREE: Trundle twin is a pull out to accommodate a third person. Flat screen TV. Separate Bathroom with shower.

FULL BEDROOM: Charming room with flat screen TV and ceiling fan. Bathroom has tub and shower.

All bedrooms have shades or draperies that are lined for privacy and the ability for you to sleep long into the morning if you choose.

KITCHEN: All the amenities you can want, fully equipped to tackle a simple BBQ or an elaborate Thanksgiving dinner. Overlooks dining area that seats 10 with another area at the bar that seats 3.

LIVING ROOM: 46 INCH HD TV, CD AND DVD. SPEAKER CRAFT SOUND SYSTEM. Custom, comfortable furniture and window seats let the gang gather for games, music and TV.

PORCHES: Sound system on the front porch lets you enjoy two wonderful swings as you overlook neighborhood park. Back porch has seating area to keep the chef company as he BBQ's.

BICYCLES: Your rental includes 4 bicycles which will take you to the beach or the 5 pools in minutes.

INTERNET: High speed wireless internet with hard wire also available.

Tom Fazio Golf available at Camp Creek in addition to high end restaurants, shopping, pools, bike trails, tennis, fishing, boating well equipped gym. Camp Water Color is only a few minutes by bike and is available for children. The gracious 12 foot ceilings compliment the custom furniture and original art work by artists from the local area and the region. The home is equipped with everything you need including outdoor shower, BBQ, a dining table that seats 10 and lovely porch swings. The home was just completed as of Summer 2009 and decorated by Frances K Treadway Interiors of Covington LA.

  • We all totally enjoyed our stay. This house is perfect for anyone just wanting to get away from it all yet close enough to join in on all the amenities of the area and enjoy themselves. We filled the house to capacity...there were 11 of us and we were comfortable. This is a great house, the porch swings were in constant use as well as the bikes. We will most definitely be returning...only staying longer!!

  • 6/19/09 This home was the perfect setting for a fabulous vacation. We felt it was the best location in Watercolor, had a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and was tastefully decorated. There were 7 of us staying there with lots of space to roam. The bikes were a big hit!! We highly recommend this beautiful home and will stay there again.

  • This house is charming! it is beautifully and comfortably furnished. The living spaces are very accommodating and well appointed. The beds and linens were so comfy. The black out drapes were fantastic! We loved spending time on the front porch swings and also on the private back porch. The four bikes were a blast! This house had everything we needed and we would definitely stay there again.
