This villa has it all, even puzzles, videos, and games for children. Also toys for the pups. Beautiful sunrises,sunsets, and walks on the beach. The home was clean and well maintained. The small problem, would have liked to have a curtain to block out the lights, in the master bedroom.All was good.

Great Week at the Beach in a Beautiful Condo!

You can completely trust the description of this very nice property. The condo was convenient to the beach, easily accessible by stairs or elevator and the interior was both attractive and comfortable. Ocean Isle is still one of the most beautiful beaches in North or South Carolina with a flat, wide strand and the added drama of the inland waterway and canal system. The kitchen in this condo is particularly accommodating, the beds are comfortable, and the view from the back patio makes it a great place for morning breakfast or reading a book in the sun. We were pleasantly surprised at the very short walk to the beach, and our little dachshund loved the box full of bones and dog toys at his disposal. The owners responded promptly to all of our questions prior to the trip with accurate and helpful information. The Sugar Shack Restaurant is not to be missed, and as we were advised, the pier restaurant does serve a decent breakfast. We would definitely recommend this property for a great stay at Ocean Isle!

A Wonderful Vacation!

This condo is roomy and well-stocked. The location from beach and pool is just right for the price. I loved the fact that each bedroom had its own bathroom. It even had the 600 waat Kitchen-Aid mixer. I'd rent again in a heartbeat. A new tv in livingroom would be nice. One bedroom was also without a tv. Otherwise it was perfect. Oh, nice deck that didn't get am sun.

My family and I just returned from a great week at this property. First, if you are not familiar with Ocean Isle it is one my favorite beaches on the NC/SC coast. It is clean, not too crowded and very laid back. Great for a quiet family or romantic vacation. A grocery store three miles a way and a few pretty good restaurants on the island. The property was exactly what we expected from the ad and the previous reviews. In great condition, comfortably furnished and very clean. A bath in every bedroom was great for everyone getting cleaned up after a day on the beach. Being on the first level was nice so that we could avoid the elevator or many steps. We only had people in the unit above us for two days, but didn't hear much noise. They were moving some furniture the first day and heard that, but nothing to be annoying. Peters' were great to work with, from the first communications to the return of our deposit. I even messed up the dates and they worked with me. I would recommend this property to any friend or family and hope to visit again. Thanks!

Our family just spent 2 weeks at your condo.We had a wonderful time and the weather was perfect.We have been coming to Ocean Isle for 19 years and this is one of the best places we have stayed at.It is well stocked if you want to cook and the beach access is great.The new table on the deck was our favorite meeting place every morning!!! Thank you for sharing your home.........we had a wonderful vacation.

We stayed at this condo in the middle of April 2011, and were extremely pleased with it. We found it clean, tastefully decorated and wonderfully equipped. The owners refunding my security deposit promptly, which was a very pleasant surprise. Great condo, great location, and great price-

Ocean Isle is a great low key family beach, but close enough to Myrtle Beach to take multiple day trips during your stay. The condo is always in super condition (we have stayed multiple times and will again this year) and the owners are great. Pet owners are welcomed and though there are some beach restrictions for dogs during the peak season, the off season is perfect! All in all, a great place to get away and relax,

Ocean Isle Beach Condo

My family stayed here from 7/23 - 7/31. The condo was very accomodating, clean, beautifully furnished. The beach and club house pool were just a short walk. The Peters were excellent to work with. I recommend this condo and would definitely rent it again. We had a great time.

This is a very nice, reasonably priced condo that is close to the beach access. The unit was spacious, clean, and overall well maintained. Our only complaint was that the grill was not in working condition so our plans for a 4th of July barbeque were a little disrupted, but otherwise everyone in our group (6 adults, 1 child, 2 pets) thought the condo was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend the property to other families looking for pet-friendly accommodations.

What a great condo at a great price! From the first inquiry, the Peters' were gracious and easy to work with. Our family of six had more than enough room and my 84 year old in-laws were able to access the condo very easily when they came to visit. The kitchen was one of the nicest best supplied that I have encountered in a beach rental. Ocean Isle is the perfect location--nice, uncrowded beaches, but close enough to the seafood restaurants in Calabash (10 mi.) and the shopping and fun of Myrtle Beach (19 mi.). We will definitely stay in this lovely unit again.
