In March 2010 we rented this lovely townhouse because it was advertised as just a few minutes from downtown. We used this property as our base while attending the Women's Big 12 Basketball Tournament. Luckily this VRBO was available for us again this year for the same event. A more comfy chair or two in the living would be nice for relaxing and visiting. Although a "fireplace" is listed on the amenities, it's not operational. Pluses included the 2.5 baths, comfortable beds, spacious closet space and an adequately-stocked kitchen. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone who wants a very reasonably priced, clean and well-appointed accommodation with plenty of room for four people.
Recommended for:Age 55+, sightseeing, girls getaway.

I stayed at this townhouse with 3 other women on a Girls Getaway trip to Kansas City. It was perfect for the four of us. It was clean, quiet and had just the right amount of space. It was within a short drive of all the shopping and tourist attractions we wanted to see. I would definitely stay here again. The only downside was that there was only a loveseat in the living room so there was not a comfy spot for all 4 of us to sit and relax at once. But other than that, a great place!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, romantic getaway.
