Within the Princeville Resort Community and bordered by the Pacific Ocean and two famed golf courses (Prince and Makai golf courses),welcome to our one bedroom one bath townhouse condo located within the Puamana Condo complex, with over 1000 sq. ft. of tropical groundfloor living (no stairs to climb). Nicely decorated with Bali style furnishings/paintings, and renovated with porcelain tile floors for living and dining area. With a full kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer, high vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans, and a spacious lanai overlooking expansive lawn and garden in front (mountain views and even peek of ocean view). Even hear the ocean surf especially in the evenings...
Enjoy the birds (cardinals) occasional visits and even hear the distant sound of the ocean surf, especially in the evenings. The bedroom has woood floors, King size bed, closet, lighted ceiling fan, and also with lanai. Full bathroom includes a vanity area.
More private with no one living above or below you...and our condo is not a back-to-back living room lanais condo. Though townhouse condo is an interior unit, it is private and quiet, on higher ground, surrounded by beautiful landscaping of fragrant flowers and trees. Unit is located away from the main road in Princeville, swimming pool and or main parking areas.
Especially catered for honeymooners, couples celebrating anniversaries or couples just wanting a romantic getaway, townhouse condo is catered for only 2 guests maximum. (Upstairs is closed off as owner's closet use). Free Broadband internet access and free telephone calls also provided.
Townhouse condo is also adjacent to a Five star resort...stroll over to have cocktails and or meals in their nearby restaurant, or walk and take trail down to Anini Beach, all within 10 minutes, for some great swimming and snorkeling. Princeville Shopping center is also within 15 minutes walking distance.
There is also a swimming pool on site, and also an assigned free parking. Enjoy the famed north shore and its numerous secluded beaches, two other Five star resorts, and most of all, Kauai's splendid natural beauty.

Beautiful Kauai! We're sorry to leave! We enjoyed your condo...it was lovely to wake up every morning to the many birdcalls. One memorable morning, we spotted six different species while sipping tea on the lanai overlooking the green. Very quiet, very peaceful, very nourishing. Thank you! Your condo was a very comfortable place to enjoy Kauai from. We look forward to a return visit! Mahalo!

We loved our stay at this beautiful condo. Very comfortable and just loved your tile on the floor and couch fabric. I have to notice the decor because I am a designer,love decorating. The island is Beautiful and we felt like we were in heaven. We would love to come back and will also recommend yourcondo to our friends. Very lovely and homey. What more can we ask for.
