Welcome to CASA CANDELARIO, a beautiful adobe home in the historic district of Santa Fe. CASA CANDELARIO is available weekly for $900 per week. Monthly rates start at $1400 for the off season and $2200 per month for July August and December. This home has been tastefully restored with hardwood floors, modern windows, kiva fireplace, comfortable furniture, 35 inch cable television, CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING AND CENTRAL HEAT for maximum comfort.
The new kitchen features the luxurious mascarello granite counter tops, new appliances and beautiful hickory cabinets. This is a house with a private driveway so it can accomodate parking for two vehicles. Please read to the end for all info, disclosures and pricing.
You can feel the real Santa Fe as you stroll around this neighborhood with nany homes that are over 100 years old. As you walk to the Plaza six blocks away ( about a 15 minute walk for most ) peek thru the gates of the walled gardens or savor the nichos in the walls or frescoes painted on some homes. THE GEORGIA O'KEEFE MUSEUM IS ABOUT A FIVE BLOCK WALK situated between the house and the Plaza.
If walking is your style, stroll to Canyon Road along the Santa Fe River. Canyon Road is about ten to twelve blocks away and is parallel to the River as you walk East from Candelario Street. From Casa Candelario, you can take the foot bridge behind the house and sip a Starbucks Coffee at DeVargas mall in five minutes on foot.
Conveniently located two blocks from DeVargas Shopping mall where you can find Albertsons Groceries with an outstanding selection of wine and Liquors and a pharmacy, Office Depot, Starbucks Coffee, Ross Dress for Less, Sav-On Drugs, a Post Office and restaurants and specialty shops. Hosted by a local Santa Fe artist, Casa Candelario is convenient to 285 North, the highway that goes to the Opera and Los Alamos. This home is a 45 minute commute to Los Alamos National Lab, should you have a temporary assignment there. Canyon Road, the street with over 100 art galleries, is about one and half miles away.
This non-smoking and no pets house has southwest charm, a Kiva fireplace, CENTRAL HEAT / AIR CONDITIONING, washer/dryer, hardwood floors throughout, and decorated with original artworks by local artists. Some of the artworks are for sale. The rental is equipped with one queen bed in one bedroom and a queen bed in the other bedroom.
There is leather furniture in the living room, a 35 inch television with CABLE, telephone for free local calls or internet use, washer and dryer and everything you will need to enjoy your meals at the dining room table.
The house is spacious and approximately 1100 square feet with a gas cooking range/stove. Some of the features include a yard with cherry, apricot and peach trees and a fully equipped kitchen.
FOR MAPPING PURPOSES, THE CROSS STREETS ARE CANDELARIO AND WEST SAN FRANCISCO. LOCATED WALKING DISTANCE TO THE HILTON AND THE EL DORADO HOTELS.
$75 EXIT CLEANING FEE PLUS TAX.
