This recently custom-built 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage home is now available for rental. One of the very few 3 bedrooms being rented in Playa de Oro Resort. The upstairs deck has wonderful sunrise views over the Sea of Cortez and great sunsets over the mountains.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed with huge bath and lots of closets. Bedroom #2 & Bedroom #3 are on the opposite side of the house and share a bath. The living room is cozy and has DirectTV on a flat screen and a DVR. The kitchen is fully equipped and you have the option of meals in the dining room or on the covered patio. Gas BBQ Grill on the extended patio adjoins the covered patio & dining table making for great grilled fresh fish dinners for the family.
The huge garage is great for storing your ATV's, dune buggy or other beach toys. The beach is close and has a private access. The resort pool, lap pool and hot tub are near the guard gated entrance. My family really enjoyed our stay in San Felipe. The house was really nice. It was new feeling and comfortable. We really enjoyed the roof top patio. All the furniture is in good shape and the place was clean upon arrival. The neighbors were quiet and friendly. The beach is very close and is beautiful. It has a private feel to it and you can drive down to it with a 4x4 vehicle. My kids loved collecting shells down there. The owner of the house was great to work with and very responsive and respectful. The staff of the community were friendly, helpful and welcoming. The community has a safe feel to it. I would recommend this house to a friend.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children.

What a fabulous home! This home easily fit 4 adults and 3 children. We really had no need to go in to town,as the kitchen and barbeque were perfect. The house was extremely clean and solidly built. The owner was very professional and easy to contact. Check in was a breeze. The walk to what we called our own private beach took about 7 minutes. We would definately stay in this beautiful home again.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Senior Staley's casa is accurately described - He is easy to deal with. The onsite management co. was waiting for us at the gate with the keys, wrist bands for property security purposes, escorted us to the home, and had the air conditioning running after our long drive. Enjoyed our stay, house was very clean, everything worked, close to restaurants (try blowing smoke bbq restaurant, it's excellent), the pool and restaurant on the property are very convenient. Overall, a recommended vacation home, we would go back.

I just stayed at this palace a few weeks ago. It is absolutely stunning. Beach access is super close by, the ammenities at the house are outstanding, and the house itself is great. Cozy vacation comfort, super clean, super close to town, all in all a win, will definitely be staying there again!!

This is a great home. We stay in Playa De Oro a lot and have been in many of the rental properties. This was the best. Close to the water, away from the road noise, nicely decorated, roomy, etc.... Great value. I will only stay at Villa Baja Vista from now on when it is available.
