a $50 cancellation fee.

My husband and I both spent our childhoods visiting this beautiful shore, so it seems like home away from home. We enjoy the sound of the ocean waves, the smell of the sea, and the sand between our toes. We are excited to have an investment property that we can both share with family and with others who decide to stay at our lovely getaway place!

This property was an EXCELLENT family vacation! Two adults and two pre-teen kiddos! Stairs up to porch were alittle dark-til we found the light switch (lol). Clean, comfortable and free wifi! Bedrooms were big and ample closet and drawer space. LOVED the washer and dryer! Shopping and park within walking distance. The best part is walking down the path right into the ocean! Thanks for all the toys and umbrellas! We loved your wonderful hospitality! Would love to fly into Jacksonville and stay at Flip Flop Alley again! Dorothy and Toto!

We had a wonderful stay in Aug 2010. The furnishings are newer and the condo was clean and nicely decorated. It is in a great location with a very easy walk to the beach, short drive to downtown Fernandina Beach, Fort Clinch is around the corner. Our children also liked the park just a couple blocks away. The only challenge in our stay was the lack of a true dining table and bathtub (showers only) which makes it a little more difficult with small children. But, we made it work and a good time was had by all! Thank you for sharing your condo!
