Master bedroom consists of king-size bed, cable TV, en-suite bathroom with twin sinks, large bath, walk-in shower and separate toilet area. 2nd bedroom has a queen-size bed, radio alarm clock, and is next to the family bathroom. Bedroom 3 is a well furnished twin-bedded room and has a CD stereo. Bedroom 4 is a nicely furnished twin room.
Nicely appointed Family Room with cable TV, Nintendo Wii console and DVD player. Separate Living Room with cable TV and PlayStation 2. Dining area with formal dining table seating up to 6 people. Fully equipped open-plan kitchen with breakfast bar.
All kitchen utensils, linen and towels provided. Telephone with free local calls. Laundry facilities are conveniently situated in their own closet - this includes washer, dryer, ironing and airing equipment.
Gas barbecue available at no charge.
Shopping is nearby, including WalMart, Sweet Bay Supermarket, Publix, WinnDixie and Lowe's. For eating out there are restaurants, pubs, pizzerias and all major fast-food chains. All located within 2 miles.
We offer cleaning service during your stay. This can either be just bed linen change, bathroom cleaning and general tidy-up for $45 or a full cleaning of the villa for $85. This service can be booked in advance or during your stay.
Welcome Packs include bread, milk, orange juice, tea, coffee, sugar, butter, eggs and water and are supplied and placed in the villa prior to your arrival at a cost of $15. Should you require any additional items, these will be purchased 'at cost' plus an additional charge of $5.

My wife and I lived all over the world. I am a hotelier, managing luxury hotels and my wife, having worked for many years in hotels, is presently working in a law firm as PA. We both enjoy golf, good food and wine. My wife is from New York and I am Swiss. We both enjoy spending time with our families in the USA and in Switzerland.
Why the Owner Chose Mission Park
Working in the hotel industry all over the world for the last 35+ years we had our share staying in great luxury hotels and when on vacation we wanted space to relax and enjoy. We bought our villa as a future retirement home. We were searching for a location with sunshine year-round, great golf courses and lots to do in the vicinity. Once we decided on the area we were looking for a great house in a nice and safe community. After having vacationed on numerous occasions in our villa we feel we accomplished our goal and are very happy that we had chosen our villa in Mission Park.
The Unique Benefits of this Villa
Our villa is very spacious with an open-plan kitchen and dining area. The covered Lanai is a great area to relax in the evenings after a day of activities. If one has still energy left there is always the games room with pool table and air hockey, or doing some exercise with the Nintendo Wii. We recognize the needs and expectations of our guests, that's why we upgrade our villa constantly. We place great importance on cleanliness and our management company is doing a great job to meet our expectations.
