The entire process could not have been easier from initial contact to finalizing the rental. The owners were extremely easy to deal with and very personable. On top of that, the home is absolutely beautiful and the community is very safe and definitely gave us real piece of mind when we were there.

This house was perfect!!!! It is exactly as it is advertised and the service we received from the owners prior to renting was fast and accommodating. They responded to every email promptly making the process very easy and stress free. We liked that the house was very clean and well equipped. We will definitely return and recommend this property to family and friends.

Hard to beat

This is a great place to stay if you're visiting Orlando. It's close to Disney World (around 30 minutes when you account for traffic) but not too close. Grocery stores and restaurants are minutes away. The private pool is awesome. The house is more spacious than it appears in the pictures. This is the perfect place for people who want to get away from all of the commercial aspects of Orlando in the evenings. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we visit Orlando in the future.

We had a wonderful time in Disney World. The house was so beatiful, clean, and spacious. Everything we needed was nearby we had no trouble at all.My children enjoyed the pool, we wished our stay had been longer. I highly recommend this place to all my family and friends. The owner was so nice and friendly she helped me with the booking process she is wonderful! We will be booking same house for our next trip summer 2012 and for sure it will be a longer stay.

A wonderful villa

The villa is the perfect place to stay. We were two couples and it was perfect to have an own bathroom for each couple. The villa was clean, roomy and well equipped. All Disney-Parks are in short distance. A new opened Publix and a Walmart is only a few minutes to drive. The contact to the owners was nice and unsophisticated. Thank you Pam and Willy, we had an awesome time in your villa.

Willy & Pamela, We truly enjoyed our stay in your lovely vacation home! The location was perfect for our needs and the property was very clean & well maintained. Wonderful Villa

We so enjoyed our stay. The house was "awesome" stated one of our children. He especially liked all of the rooms and the pool. We loved the cleanliness, spaciousness, lanai/pool, game room, kitchen, etc., etc. My husband and four children were able to spread out and have a little space which was perfect. We would love to come back to stay!

We had a very nice time staying in this home. It was in a good area, with plenty of places to eat and shop. The home itself was in very good condition. The owner was very helpful answering our questions. I would love to stay here again.

property was great. home was very clean, up to date and roomy. the game room with the pool table was a plus. pool was fantastic. location was great. not to far from everything ( about 10 mins or so). also lil town it is in has everything you could need just 2 mins town the street. the gated community was clean and about as peaceful you could ask for. bottom line any one with a want to stay off disney with the abilty to get some place fast with out the hotel feel should go with this house.

Family Holiday

The property was ideal for the family as the games room & pool were enjoyed by all ages.The only downside was the family bathroom which was quite small for 4 adults. The WiFi was an added bonus as was warmth of the property during a couple of cold spells.

We so enjoyed our stay in your villa for our trip up for a wedding. The villa was beautiful. Although, it was too cold to swim the pool and pool area were great. It was so much nicer staying in a home versus a hotel room...and less expensive too. Would definitely recommend your villa

I visited The Mission Park Villa with my girlfriend and friends from August 18th-22nd. The Villa was absolutely wonderful. The location was perfect; allowing us to make multiple visits to Universal Studios, City Walk, and Sea World in all less then a half an hour. The location also allowed us to visit various restaurants within fifteen to twenty minutes. The layout of the house is very spacious, heated pool, and child friendly; including a game room with a pool table that we played on every evening. The only items we were responsible for was our food and toiletries. The property was super clean and obviously very well-maintained. Emma the property manager was very helpful and made herself accessible. I would definitely recommend this property to all of my family and friends. The only complaint I have is that my visit was too short in such a peaceful, spacious, convenient, and beautiful place. I can't wait to visit this great villa next year. -Tyrone

My family and I spend a week at this home. Our overall experienced was wonderful. The home is clean and in an excellent condition. The kids enjoyed the pool above everything. The home is conveniently located 15-20 min from the Disney parks, shops and restaurants. Pamela was always easy accessible and pleasant to work with. Pamela, thank you for allowing us to stay at your home. We certainly look forward on doing this again.

We have stayed in this lovely villa twice in 2 months! With family in the Davenport/Clermont area, this house is very convenient for us and much more comfortable and affordable than a hotel. My kids love the pool and it was nice for everyone to have the privacy of their own bedrooms. I really appreciate all the extra things than made our stay more comfortable. On our second visit, I brought my baby's lullaby CD, since there was a player in the bedroom! It made him feel more at home. Thanks Pamela and Willy for providing such a nice retreat!

Thank you so much for sharing you lovely villa with us. The villa accomidations and location were ideal for our 6 week stay here during Feb and March of this year. My wife was very impressed with the location and neatness of the villa. We have stayed in other villas and condo units in the past but quoting my wife "this was by far the best place we ever rented in Florida." We would not hesitate to rent here again in the future. We had a wonderful stay in Florida, early April 2009. The house was lovely, we were 15 mins from Disney, closer to shopping, great discount shopping in Clermont. Grocery stores nearby.Safe, friendly neighbourhood. The pool was wonderul, well maintained . The house was clean, well stocked. We barbequed many times for supper. We went to Florida to relax and enjoy the sunshine, we couldn't have picked a better place. However our neighbours, ( vacationers) were gone everday with their families . So it is the perfect location to decide how you want to spend your time. Enjoy!

Communication with the owners and the rental process couldn't have been any easier. Upon arrival to the property it was immediately obvious that the owners cared about our experience and the impression that it would leave on our family. The decor is tastfully coordinated, the kitchen fully equipped and the home clean and relaxing. The house easily accommodates a large family and is convieniently located for easy access to area atttactions.
