Take in the views from multiple decks and porches and enjoy a game of croquet on the large maintained lawns! A small private beach sports a set of swings and is a perfect spot of launching your kayak or small sailboat, and tie up your larger boat just steps from the house at the private deep water dock. Walk to tennis, sailing lessons, ball field, playground and larger secluded beaches. There's something for everyone, young and old!
The property is a great spot for large family gatherings with 7 bedrooms, comfortably sleeping 15-16, a large open fully equipped eat-in kitchen in addition to two other dining areas, a big L-shaped living room with picture windows and a separate peaceful sunroom.
Nearby Falmouth, Mashpee Commons and Woods Hole offer a variety of restaurants and shopping opportunities and the ferry to Martha's Vineyard , departing from Falmouth Harbor, is minutes away. The Oceanographic Institute is based in Woods Hole and offers a variety of programs for all ages, and its "hands on" aquarium is a delight for all.

Our family has enjoyed summering in Menauhant, E. Falmouth for over 50 years... the clock gets put away and we enjoy each day as it comes without a busy timetable... the house is a wonderful setting for family gatherings and events... we enjoy kayaking and fishing in the peaceful early mornings, followed by a picnic on the beach or perhaps a vigorous game of tennis! Sailing and racing are an integral part of the club and a fabulous was to stay connected over the years, no matter who crosses the finish line first!
