Waterfront vacation house on south Whidbey Island’s charming Beverly Beach on Holmes Harbor. Located just a short drive away from Freeland and the village of Langley. The beach is just steps from the door!!
House is freshly remodeled and furnished, with new stone countertops and new carpeting. Saltwater views on all three levels. Cozy, relaxing living room, and main-level deck provide sights of amazing sunsets over Holmes Harbor. Spacious upstairs master bedroom has balcony and private bathroom. Second bedroom and bathroom are on the main level, along with full kitchen and living room. Third bedroom is on the ground level facing the beach.
A spiral staircase from the deck leads to the beach where you can see eagles, whales, sea lions and other wildlife. Crabbing and clamming are possible on foot when in season! The saltwater in front of the house also warms in the summer for swimming and snorkeling.
Surrounding natural areas provide opportunities for hiking, biking, and sightseeing, while a short drive to Freeland or Langley allows access to plenty of shopping, entertainment and dining options.
