Our apartment is in the highly desirable 16th Arrondissement referred to as the Passy District.
There are two bedrooms, one bath (sleeps 4-5)
The apartment is 93 square meters, considered very large for a Paris apartment, perfect for 4 adults & 1 child, or a couple with 3 children. It is, quite simply, an amazing atelier on 2 levels.
The apartment is a 2 minute jog to Bois de Boulogne & Marmottan Museum (Claude Monet).
Rue de Passy, a shopping heaven, runs directly to Trocadero and the River Seine, just in front of the Eiffel Tower. One minute walk is metro line 9 and RER C and bus stop 22 32 52.You can go anywhere you want in 6 minutes. RER takes you to Eiffel Tower, Orsay Musee, Le Louvre, St. Michel, Notre Dame. It is the place to stay in Paris. It is where the Parisian people live. Very safe area. Lots of shops, a fantastic farmers market, cafes & restaurants just at the corner.
Entrance-5th story by lift. Living room 45 square meters opening on garden & Paris roofs. Attending the entrance is the kitchen fully equipped. Upstairs are a mezzanine office facing the garden, the 2 bedrooms & the bathroom. Room 1 (17 m2) has 2 roof windows, huge cupboard & 2 new comfortable beds that can be done in a queen (160 x 200). A mattress can be added for a child. Room 2 (13 m2) faces south with 2 windows on the street. Huge cupboard. Same bedding. (Please see photos)

Year Purchased: 2009
The apartment is where my husband & I live when we need to stay in Paris, so we have furnished it & decorated to the same standard as if it were our only home. We love to come to Paris and the apartment is located in such a convenient, yet less frenzied part of the city. The Passy is wonderful for shopping, wandering through the incredible food stalls and markets. There are many reasonable and good restaurants and cafes. It is a particularly safe area of Paris.
Why the Owner Chose Paris Arrondissement 16
We live in Normandy, at Giverny, the lovely village where Claude Monet painted and lived for many years. We own a beautiful B&B here. We have a large family and have lived in this area as well as the south of France for all of our lives.
