It is within walking distance to the beach and a beautiful waterfall, complete with a wading pool. Perfectly located close to Dominical and yet far enough to enjoy a quiet holiday when you need to.
This well maintained villa is located in a gated development with twenty-four hour security. It is a two story detached villa with its own private swimming pool. The bedrooms, are located on the lower level and are equipped with air-conditioning, ceiling fans and private bathrooms. Each bedroom has it’s own private balcony for jungle viewing.
On the main level you can relax in your private fresh water pool - surrounded by tropical gardens. Look out over the ocean, watch the monkey shenanigans or listen to the birds in the jungle below or cook a gourmet meal in a modern kitchen. You can also sample a variety of local dishes at the many local restaurants. If you are feeling adventurous try one of the many local tours, horseback riding, zip lining, mangrove visits to name a few.
Maid service is available on request. Wireless internet is available sometimes and an Ipod docking station is available all the time so you can bring your own music to dance the night
away.

If this Villa is not to your liking we have a large home on 11 acres just north of Dominical in Play Matapalo. We also have a 250 acre farm in a remote area northwest of San Isidro with horses and 4 wheelers for the more adventuresome.
