We have completely renovated a lovely 1,000 square foot ranch style house just for you! New everything awaits you--new kitchen, bathroom, appliances, new paint inside and out, refinished hardwood floors, new mattresses, linens and dishes...the works! There is an air conditioning unit in the dining room/living room area. In two of the bedrooms, there are queen beds and in the third bedroom, there is a twin bed.
Johns Landing Retreat offers something for everyone: We are two blocks from Willamette Park. You can walk or bike along the river to downtown Portland while enjoying the Willamette River. There are cafes and restaurants that range from fine French cuisine to sandwich shops within walking distance. We are a five minute drive from downtown Portland, the I-5 freeway, OHSU, Lewis and Clark, and OMSI. We are two blocks from one of Portland's premier indoor rock climbing gyms, a Bikram yoga studio, and walking distance to day spas, hair salons and sports clubs.
Our single level home is family friendly--a backyard, crib, high chair, seat and grab bar in the shower help make it comfortable for all members of the family.

We bought this house with the intention that someday my mother will live in it. It has been completely and lovingly renovated with this in mind. We plan to rent it as a vacation rental as well as have my mother stay here when she comes to visit.
