Mykonos Bay Resort is renowned for its location right on the beach at the famous surf breaks of Costa Azul. Zippers is almost right in front, and The Rock and Old Mans are a short walk up the beach with board rentals and lessons along the way. There are 7 miles of white sand beach with a wonderland of sights to see – whales spouting, seabirds zooming over the waves, and uncountable fish and manta rays breaching.
The Resort is beautifully designed with the main buildings surrounding three pools (a rock waterfall flows into one and another has a swim-up bar), three hot tubs and a sunken barbecue pit, all fringed in lush tropical landscaping. Add the full-featured gym and tennis court and Mykonos is considered one of the top resorts in Baja.
My building, Helios, is the newest of the three in the resort, with by far the largest units and the best views of unobstructed coastline - from Punta Gorda to Punta Palmilla, over 10 miles apart. We get no highway noise at all.
Renting a car is an option, but you can walk to several restaurants, stores and even a shopping mall. Buses stop outside the resort and taxis are plentiful as well.
My own unit, 404C is stylishly decorated and upgraded with your enjoyment in mind. From the new gas barbecue and LCD TV to the divan on the spacious deck decorated with plants, you will find just the right appointments to enhance your stay.

Year Purchased: 2004
I am a California native and have spent many years traveling to Mexico via cars, boats and planes. I love the people, food, music and language, although, I do not speak much Spanish. I never tire of Mexico and live here most of the year. Being a water person, I have all the toys; Snorkel gear, boogie board, stand-up paddle board, kayak, and surf board. The lifestyle fits me well, being casual and laid back, but with plenty to do when I need to.
Why the Owner Chose Mykonos Bay
I came for a week visit to Mykonos Bay and I left owning a one-bedroom unit. I said one week is not enough and I had always wanted to buy something here in Cabo. Mykonos Bay is perfectly situated on the bay.

Mykonos Bay has all the amenities you will need, plus being in walking distance to the 3 great surf spots: Zippers, The Rock and Old Man's. And you WILL see Mike Doyle at Old Man's surfing. There is also a great hike just across the street.

My husband and I have stayed in many condos in San Jose del Cabo, but Susan's Mykonos condo takes the prize. Susan made everything very easy, with rapid communication via email and by phone. The condo is outfitted like a fine hotel, and the location is spectacular. If you like to surf, swim, or just relax with a gorgeous view, this is the place for you. We'll definitely be coming back. Also, there are horses for hire right on the beach, and I highly recommend a sunset horse back ride to really enjoy the beauty of the "playa." Thanks Susan! Paula and Rick

My wife and I were extremely pleased with the condo, it exceeded our expectations in every way. The furnishings, design and condition of the unit are high- end and tastefully executed. The photos can not do this place justice. Everything was in perfect working order, including all the appliances and services such as wi-fi and dish HDTV. We especially liked dining on the balcony in the evening. Susan, the owner, was always available and ready to assist if needed, and she provided instructions for how to get around the area and other recommendations that were very helpful. Do go snorkle at Bahia Chilleno (west cove), eat at Mi Casa downtown SJD, and try the absolute killer marqueritas at the bar of the Tropicana. We are definately return customers. Paul and Johanna

Thank you Susan for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo! The place has a wonderful remodel and is appointed with everything you can think of. Watch the surfers rip Zippers from your panoramic balcony view or walk right out and do some surfing yourself. She is correct in saying that this unit has the best view. This unit is directly on the beach (4th floor) and I would have to say the best of the 3 buildings at Mykonos. We found everything in working order and Susan was always available to answer any questions or help with anything. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. You will be excited to stay at 404C.

Susan's Mykonos condo is so very lovely. Beautifully, comfortably, functionally and artfully furnished. The shower is luxurious, the king size bed and quality linens so comfortable. Right on the beach (in fact, it's funny - the breaking waves were so loud that sleep was challenging :o) not a complaint, mind you, an amusement). The Mykonos complex is very pretty and nicely maintained. The pools are gorgeous and clear, the hot tubs hot and relaxing, the flowers blooming and the birds chirping. I plan to return.
