Mykonos Bay Resort is known for it location near the famous surf spots of Costa Azul with the great summer south swells, as well as, the great beach for miles of walking with whale, bird, stingray, turtle and fish watching and/or viewing.
The resort is well designed with beautiful landscaping, barbecue and pool area. The decks are over-sized with 404 C having the best view of the entire bay from Punta Gorda to Punta Palmilla. Myknonos is friendly and casual, perfect for a couple to relax or stay as busy as you have the energy.
Renting a car is not necessary, with many restaurant and small markets near by and taxis next door or you may want to to get to the great snorkeling bays or visit Cabo with all the action you can handle.
The condo, 404 C, was purchased, decorated and furnished in 2004-2005 for private living. It has not been for rent until just recently. There are many upgrades and custom features that make this unit comfortable and warm.
You will come for a week, but wish you had two.

Year Purchased: 2004
I am a California native and have spent many years traveling to Mexico via cars, boats and planes. I love the people, food, music and language, although, I do not speak much Spanish. I never tire of Mexico and live here most of the year. Being a water person, I have all the toys; Snorkel gear, boogie board, stand-up paddle board, kayak, and surf board. The lifestyle fits me well, being casual and laid back, but with plenty to do when I need to.
Why the Owner Chose Mykonos Bay
I came for a week visit to Mykonos Bay and I left owning a one-bedroom unit. I said one week is not enough and I had always wanted to buy something here in Cabo. Mykonos Bay is perfectly situated on the bay.

Mykonos Bay has all the amenities you will need, plus being in walking distance to the 3 great surf spots: Zippers, The Rock and Old Man's. And you WILL see Mike Doyle at Old Man's surfing. There is also a great hike just across the street.
