Our aim was to furnish our villa so that it was unique so we spent a lot of time choosing furniture, original paintings and ceramics to give the 'wow' factor from your first step into the villa.
It is spacious and airy with so many choices of places to sit and relax. A large family area with sectional leather sofas, wall mounted flat screen TV, DVD player and DVD's, video player and videos for all the family. Library, board games. A computer is upstairs in the loft area on a desk and there is a sofa so you can watch TV on the monitor if you wish.
Downstairs is a king bed suite with walk in closet, bathroom with separate shower and his and hers sinks.
Upstairs is a queen suite with walk in closet, bath and shower.
Two twin bedded rooms - one can be en suite if required.
Bathroom with shower downstairs.
Formal dining area.
Informal dining area in nook.
Living area with comfortable sofas.

Fantastic car themed games room with foosball, pool table, air hockey table, basketball, darts.

Why the Owner Chose Tuscan Hills
I chose this location because it was a new community in 2007, the villa had nobody behind it so the pool was secluded and the community is close to 192 and all its restaurants etc. Also Tuscan Hills is small and exclusive rather than large and impersonal. It is however only 10 minutes' drive from Disney.

A unique villa which is a 'cut above the rest' in terms of quality of soft furnishings, towels, kitchen equipment, furniture, games room. Somewhere for the discerning guest who wants to enjoy Disney and its surrounding area but come back to a villa with a 'touch of class. South facing pool and spa with lanai.

I have owned Villa Moderne since March 2007. My aim was to create a completely different theme from other villas that seemed to look very similar to each other and were quite sombre and not bright, colourful and spacious, which was how I thought of Orlando! Therefore, I bought individual, contemporary furniture, modern art and ceramics to accentuate that feel. Guests all say that the villa has more than met their expectations, so I am happy that all the hard work paid off!

The villa is just fantastic, thank you both so much. We loved the paintings and ceramics - made it a really special place to come back to after a mad day in Disney. So much to do in the villa too - we haven't played Scrabble for years!!

The kids loved the pool, the fellas loved the games room and the ladies loved your book collection.
