The Main St. Vineyard is a great place to come home to after touring Vancouver. It is comfy, cozy and clean. The bed is so comfortable. The bathroom is clean and bright. We love the neighborhood with it's many stores and restaurants. Our two regrets.... not taking advantage of the hot tub and not being able to stay longer. Thank you Mark and Leanne for the perferct spot.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

This was a great VRBO rental. The location was right in the middle of most of the activities that we were interested in. The owner was very helpful giving us information about places we might like to visit. If there was one problem I wish I had told Mark about, it was that there were several flies every day that I think we're coming in the unit through the bathroom vent.Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

Two us stayed at this property for three nights recently and found it to be a good value. We found it slightly odd to be staying at a basement apartment but maybe only to us, since we haven't done it before. Oddness aside, we enjoyed our stay very much. The place is best for two adults. The amenities were exactly what we required for our stay. The location is great, lots of restaurants are within walking distance. We had a car when we were in town so we didn't use much public transportation but will if/when we return. Next time we won't use our car as much as parking in Vancouver is tough!Recommended for: Tourists without a car.

It was a lovely basement which had almost everything and just comfortable for 2 adults. I more so loved the hot tub experience. The hosts were sweet and cooperative. Its a perfect place just to chill and not be disturbed, going anywhere out to downtown or else where is the last thing U want to do as takes a long time and have to change 2 buses. Thanks Mark for your hospitality.Recommended for: Romantic getaway.

Great location, great venue, everything you would need for a short stay in Vancouver. Mark and Leanne are lovely hosts. We have stayed here several times and love everything about it including the little french cafe that is about 1/2 block away! It is a quiet neighborhood and there is lots of on street parking - everything you could want or need!Owner response: It is always a pleasure to spoil our repeat guests! mark

Very central to downtown. Owner extremely helpful before and during stay but was too small for four adults and should only be rented to three at most. Did not use hottub and it rained most days we were there and it was not undercover but would have used had we had weather a bit dryer.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

This was a cozy, quiet place to be in the chilly days of December, clean and everything new. The bed was comfortable as was the small sitting room. While the kitchenette is tiny, we were able to put some meals together. It was a perfect place for the two of us. Access to the wonderful hot tub out on the deck was wonderful! We really liked the neighborhood location a few blocks to major bus lines, restaurants and shops. Nice having access to downtown without being in the middle of downtown. Our host was very helpful and accommodating. We will recommend this lovely little place to friends and family and hope to visit again soon as we love Vancouver.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway.

The Garden apartment has great access to a fun dining/shopping area on Main Street. We drove and so we were able to explore the UBC area and Kerrisdale, as well as taking the bus and train to downtown areas. The apartment was thoughtfully furnished, and seemed almost brand new. It would be perfect for two people, but worked out well for a short stay with three adults. Thank you!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.
