The home is walking distance to town just above the Salt Spring Island Yacht Club. A very short taxi ride from the Sea Plane docks and ferry terminals. It is very private and quite yet close to everything. The home has a very cozy feel to it with an open concept ground floor meant for spending family time or relaxing with friends. A large deck and patio make this home even more comfortable with wide open spaces for relaxing in the sun not obscured by trees in any way.
