My husband and I along with our daughters, son-in-laws, and grandkids stayed in this beautiful home for a week this past July 2011. We had a great week of fun. We loved this beautiful home. It had everything we needed and then some. The ice maker in the garage is awesome. You never have to go to the store for ice. The spa on the upper deck is amazing. Being right on the river was the best. This home has a nice big kitchen, family room and tons of bathrooms and bedrooms. The AC works great. Nice BBQ, nice lawn area for kids to play, and lots of privacy. And, should you need something while you are there, Albertsons is like 10 minutes away. The owners are super nice, wonderful people, and they return emails within 24 hours. I could go and on about this house. We all loved it. If you like to go find a nice cove during the day they are lots of them, some within 2 - 5 minutes away. Water is deep in this area and guess what, it's not cold. All of the above made for a wonderful Family summer vacation on the Colorado River. This was our first time staying at this nice home, but we will be back next summer. I have nothing negative to say about this home. Everything is all perfect, wonderful, and awesome. The house is very clean.......this was important to us......stay here and you will love it too.

Perfect family get-away

This is a perfect vacation house with the best location on the Colorado River. If you have jet skis or a jet boat this is the ideal location on the River. Very family oriented place on the River. This place is super quiet during mid-week and has just a little more activity during weekends. Fun to wakeboard or tow an inflatable or just float down the river. Can wakeboard almost any time of the day. The house has its own dock. If you don't have a boat you can drive a group of people up the river on the California side and let them float down to the house for a great day adventure.

Awesome Place to Stay

This is a beautiful, very well maintained modern home located right on the Colorado River. With 6 bedrooms and 4 baths there is plenty of room to spread out and relax. This was the destination for a 9 woman get-together. The view from the balcony is worth every penny - especially from the hot tub! We will definitely be back - and we don't even own a boat!

We just got back from our long weekend and we loved it. The house is large enough for a party of 16. The dock is awesome and we LOVED the ice machine! The home features 2 master bedroom and 4 down stairs bedrooms. The patio is large and the spa was nice. We will be returning to this spot for sure. The property was very clean, well kept and decorated through out. The home is in a private, gated community and the neighbors were friendly. The owners were very helpful and prompt in answering our questions. We have already recommended this place to friends and family!

We stayed at this beautiful river house for 2 nights. The house is extremely clean, and has just about everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. We would definately be a return customer.

Great vacation house! Just as advertised. Big house right on the river with it's own boat dock. Everything is provided except food, towels and boat. Two master suites and four more bedrooms down stairs. There is even a hotel style ice maker in the garage. Would highly recommend.

My family has spent many fun filled vacations at this huge house on the river. The house is beautiful and a perfect place to get away to relax. My kids love the huge grass yard and the great neighborhood where I feel it is safe enough to let them ride their bikes up and down the street. My husband and son enjoy riding dirt bikes and off roading near by. It is also very nice to be able to launch your boat and jet skies and leave them tied to the dock the entire time you are there. It makes loading and unloading the boat that much easier. There is also a great beach area by the dock for the times we don't bring our boat. We have fun just swimming and floating to the dock at the house. I could go on and on about how wonderful this vacation spot is. The owners were fabulous to work with and really went the extra mile to make all of our stays there just perfect.
