This condo is fabulous and unique. It sits directly on a golf course and has fantastic views of Camelback Mountain clear blue skies and the golf course right from the patio. The patio even has its very own orange tree for fresh and healthy fruit snacking. We love vacationing here ourselves because the weather is simply perfect. Sun almost everyday and low to no humidity... perfect. Enjoy a walk or bike ride everyday on the walking/cycling path directly on the golf course just outside your front door. This is our favorite activity and its right outside our door no driving to start our day.
PLUS our unit is a corner unit so we have total privacy and comfort. We enjoy a electronic entry gate to enter our complex which adds another layer of security, comfort and exclusivity. The swimming pool is directly across the street from our unit. After a full day of activity you can have some great down time with our 50" plasma TV with full surround sound.
