I purchased this unit as a new construction and have enjoyed being able to use it when it is not rented. I live in the Pennsylvania area and have owned the unit since 2006. It is wonderful to be able to get to South Beach and enjoy the weather, ocean, sun, great food and night life! It is great to be able to take a walk or a moped to all areas and to come back to a cool, quiet & secure building. I know you will enjoy the area!
