The condo was excellent! The accommodations were just as stated online and the condo is furnished very nicely. We enjoyed our stay at the facility - we just did not think the "heated" pool was warm enough but overall our experience was great! I highly recommend this condo!

We had an amazing Spring Break with the kids. Thank you for letting us enjoy your condo! I honestly can't think of anything that could have made it feel more like home. Your condo is equipped with anything and everything you could possibly need. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT! Dee's Hangout-Delicious! Clean and Spacious Condo!

This was our first trip to Panama City for Spring Break. From the moment I booked our condo Gene could not have been more helpful and was a pleasure to work with. He answered all my questions regarding the area and gave suggestions for restaurants and things to do with the kids. The condo was perfect! The pictures provided online are exactly how it looks, beautiful. The kitchen has lots of appliances and the cupboards have all the cookware you would need. We traveled with other families and when we had them over for dinner they were all so jealous of how large our unit was and the fact that Gene was so helpful. Some of the other families never even heard from their owners until a couple days prior to leaving. The balcony was my favorite. The view as stunning and watching the sun set in the evening was amazing. We ate lunch out on the balcony and in the evenings relaxed on the lounge chairs. You can easily have a few people over and you can all fit out on the balcony. If you are reading these reviews and contemplating renting this unit, I say go for it you will NOT be disappointed.

We were only able to stay for 2 days, but the condo was even better than it was described. The photos & description were very accurate. The whole family enjoyed their stay. The condo was clean, very well equipped and in a wonderful location. I can say even my 2 year old walked in the door and straight to the patio doors and said "Wow, this is going to be awesome". The condo was very spacious for the 7 of us. Having a 2 year old away from home and their toys and such can sometimes be challengeing but having the room for her to have space to play was great! The owners were very nice and accomodating. I am very thankful that even though we only had 2 days to spend their that they were comfortable and enjoyable. If we return to the area I would love to rent this unit again and I would definately recommend this unit to any of my friends or relatives that would be in the area.

Everything You Could Ask For Plus Some!

From the moment you enter this unit it is obvious that the owners are sharing their own vacation home with you, not just providing a "rental". The corner location provides a wider, more open feel, not narrow and closed in. The open kitchen is gorgeous, flows seamlessly with the rest of the home and is well appointed. We especially appreciated the two huge cookie sheets since we made homemade cookies every night! The colors are cool and welcoming, contemporary looking but not overdone. The size of the bedroom with bunk beds was a nice surprise. Our three teenage girls wanted to be together so they spread out in there and had plenty of room. The master suite is huge, has gorgeous views, plenty of storage and a bathroom to rival any home. Gene promptly answered many questions before we booked (I looked at close to 100 units online) and handled the reservation process with efficiency and professionalism. He even followed up with us by email while we were there and offered tips and suggestions to make our trip more enjoyable. The location on the "strip", away from the more congested areas was ideal. The fourth floor unit was in perfect proximity to the elevators, stairs, garbage chute, and parking. Our weather was cool (cold for us!) so my husband and I didn't get outside too much; however, felt perfectly at home and relaxed in this beautiful condo. You can find cheaper deals out there but remember you get what you pay for. Should our travels bring us back to PCB, I definitely would stay here again.

The condo was even better than the photos showed. It is very large. It is very clean. It is very nicely decorated. It is furnished with everything you will need. The ocean view is spectcular. You can see and hear the ocean very closely. Walmart is just down the street. Indoor pools for the winter and 3 hottubs to choose from. The Market has good sandwiches if you don't want to cook or go out. I fell in love with the place. I have stayed in other condos this is the best.

We are just finishing up a month stay at this property and we had a wonderful time. The condo is just as advertised: clean, comfortable and well equipped. It had everything you could possibly need to make for a wonderful vacation. The balcony is great and provides a spectacular view of the gulf. We spent a lot of time there reading, eating and just taking in the scenery. The rental process was simple and the owners made everything as easy as possible. The staff at the Majestic does a wonderful job of maintaining the facilities and were extremely friendly. We would highly recommend this condo and would come back again and again.

We love going to PCB for Thanksgiving and this was our 4th year. This condo was awesome! It was huge, clean, and comfortable. It looks even better than the pictures. The weather was perfect and we were able to get the rest and relaxation we needed. Thank you so much!! We can't wait to go back! :)

This condo is definitely one of the nicest we have stayed in on Panama City Beach. We actually live in Panama City and are very familar with this area. You couldnt ask for a better location, whether going into Panama City or staying at the beach with only a few minutes to Pier Park and some really great restaurants. The condo is as beautiful as the pictures show on the website as well as making us feel like it was home away from home. The owner was very easy to communicate with with making all the arrangements. Couldn't have asked for a better staycation!!

You will not go wrong renting from the Oliver's. We will definitely come back to #409. We had 6 people ranging in age 11 to 72. We all loved this condo. The condo is beautifully decorated. Very large condo. My girls loved the ipod stereo in the living room and the stereo in their bedroom. We had plenty of room and everything we needed was in the condo. The beds were so very comfortable. The balcony had plenty of room for everyone to seat out and enjoy the view. The owner was great to work with and always replied in a timely manner. Elevators were fast. Beach was gorgeous - no seaweed. The weather was high 80's all week long - no RAIN. Pictures are exactly how the condo looks. We did not want to come home. Thank you for a wonderful Fall Break Vacation. We will definitely refer your condo to our friends.

What You See is What You Get!

My sisters and I just spent a week at this wonderful condo. We started our mornings and ended most evenings enjoying the spectacular view from the balcony. I can honestly say that when you rent this condo you will find everything is just as in the pictures and descriptions. The owners have thought of everything you might need during your stay. I didn't have any personal contact with the owners, but my sister had nothing but high praises for them. Convenience, convenience, convenience! This unit is close to both the elevators and the stairs. Out the door and only one flight of stairs down to the crosswalk to the parking garage. Pier Park for shopping, restaurants and entertainment is just minutes away. If you are looking for a home away from home then look no more. We have stayed in many condos and I have to say this is the best of many nice places. We will be back!

My sisters and I just returned from a week at the beach. This condo was exactly as listed. The photos were accurate of the property. The condo is tastefully decorated and well stocked.There were NO surprises!! The owner was excellent to work with and always replied in a timely manner. Reservations were easy and check in was a breeze. The location was great. Parking is across the street but was not a probable at all. I would recommend this property to family and friends.

Our visit to MB #409 was from August 11th through August 18th, 2012. The condo was excellent, the weather was great, and we found some "new to us" restaurants that were wonderful. The "notebook" of information provided by The Olivers' was very helpful and greatly appreciated. When we were in the condo, I liked going into my own little retreat and leaving the rest of the place to my daughter and her friends. When the sun was out, we were either on the beach, some seaweed, or by the pool. We couldn't have asked for better accommodations nor could we have found nicer owners to rent from. All Around Great Beach Trip. Didn't want to leave. We are always planning our next visit to the beach.

This was wonderful. The Condo is not only in a great location, close to stairs and elevators, but it had all of the comforts we needed. The beaches and areas are well maintained, but it was the Condo itself that will bring me back. Also, I can not even think of any way a Condo owner could be any nicer and easier to work with than the owner of this Condo.

This was the first time we had been to Panama in a long time. I search the internet for days and I found this place. I liked the reviews,and the pictures looked good.But sometimes picture are deceiving. But when I open the door it was breath taking all the beauty that was in this condo. I loved the kitchen. It was the most beautiful place I had ever stayed.The furniture was very expensive,the linen was wonderful,thick towel and 200 count sheets for the bed it was just like at home.The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you can think of. If you rent this condo all you need is your own personal things.The owners has really stocked this place with every thing you need. They were 8 of us we had plenty of room,we were not crowded at all. It has one of the largest balcony I have ever seen we all enjoyed it.There were a lot of kids there to play ball and the elevators were busy most of the time,but the stairs are right out side the door which makes it nice.My grand-daughters enjoyed having the beach cart to carry their towels and snacks in to the beach. If you have small children/ there are beach toys for them.Also beach chairs. The owners have gone all out to make your stay most pleasant. One night my husband and I didn't want to go eat sea food with the grand-children so we ate at the restaurant down stairs and the food was good and relaxed by the pool. This was the best vacation we have had in a long time. Thank you Gene and Francine for sharing your condo with us.And thank you for being so nice and helpful to work with Hope I will be blessed to come again.

Tropical Storm Debby did NOT ruin my vacation!!

It rained Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, but thanks to the extra large dining room table, we had World Series of Poker to keep about 11 teenagers busy until "Debby" passed. The towels are thick and soft, the bed linens are clean and soft, the pillows comfortable, the beds and sofa comfortable as well. The linens were plentiful. I did not have to do laundry every single day like I have in the past. We were in a big group of friends (37) and none had the extra linens and ammenities that we enjoyed. Gene was very pleasant to work with and the housekeeping staff was very kind to us when we arrived too early and intruded on their work...They just smiled and made us feel welcome...we were tired and grumpy and I am sure they could have been as well, but they were VERY sweet!! Would definitely like to have this room again next year, (and all our friends liked it too)..It does not have that extra ice machine, but aware of that, we just bought extra at grocery, and it is also available in the lobby store. Our friends came to our unit for wifi, which we had, and most did not, and also our phones were working and many of our friends' did not....I would recommend this condo to anyone, and would add that it is even prettier than the pictures can show :)

Beautiful vacation get-away!!

The condo was PERFECT and looked exactly like the pictures, except it was probably bigger than we anticipated! It has the most awesome balcony with amazing views of the beautiful beach. Nice that it is on the 4th floor so you can opt for the stairs if you don't want to wait for an elevator or just want a little extra exercise. The condo was furnished with everything you could possibly need plus tons of extras.....there was even a bottle of champagne waiting on us upon our arrival! Gene, the owner was wonderful to work with.....you won't be disappointed if you choose this condo for your beach vacation!

My family loved our visit to Florida and that we were able to have such a wonderful condo to stay in. All the pictures were completely accurate of how beautiful and well maintained your home was. My son and his wife have been to PCB several times and said your place was far and away the nicest. We all enjoyed having out own room and bathroom and felt you provided all the necessary amenities. Thanks for having the binder handy with several restaurants and places of interest listed. The view from the 4th floor was great and it really made it convenient to only walk up the one flight from the car bridge when the elevators were crowded. I will continue to recommend your place to all my friends and hope to visit there again in the future.

This is a beautiful condo. This condo overlooks the ocean, with a outdoor deck. Kitchen and living room area is large, I never felt cramped with 7 people. The ocean just a walk out the door ,Great place, I would rent it again.

This is my 12th year to rent a condo at the beach. This was by far the most luxurious condo I have stayed at. It beautifully decorated, spacious and clean. I would go back in a heartbeat.

I was one of a 7 person girls’ getaway and can’t imagine us staying anywhere else in the future! As soon as you walk in the door you’ll be hit with the wow factor of this condo. Being on the 4th floor, we had a gorgeous view of the beach as well as easy access. The separation of the 3 bedrooms gives you lots of privacy and that, combined with each having a full bath (with hairdryers), is one of the many wonderful features of the unit! The kitchen lacks no utensil or appliance and the spacious pantry more than adequately holds all food/drinks purchased. The full sized washer & dryer, combined with a few beach towels & beach chairs provided for guests’ usage, allows you to pack lightly. The free wireless internet and the portable iPod/iPhone docking station were another two of the many amenities which not all condos offer. Not knowing, we unnecessarily brought a portable docking station, extra beach towels, hairdryers, etc. If you’re in doubt as to whether the condo has a particular item/amenity, I’d suggest asking Gene, because there are far too many available to list all on the website! While at Majestic Beach Towers, I was able to see another, 2 BR condo, and in ALL aspects, there was no comparison of the 2 units. You won’t be disappointed!

Condo was great. Much nicer than the one we rented last year. I loved the plush towels and comfortable beds. The kitchen had every thing we needed and more. It was very spacious. I will be back next year. We had a great experience.

Compared to last year, I noticed even more improvements. Always such a pleasure and ease to work with the owner. Thank you Gene! This time I broke the week into two parts: My teenage son for a couple of days and the later half of the week was our ladies getaway. My son was so impressed (he ran from room to room fully ecstatic for an hour). When I returned later that week, I even had friends approaching me with how impressive the condo is (he already told everyone). The last week with my girlfriends was great. I thought the seven of us would be a little tight, but it wasn't in the slighest. There was so much space that we never bumped into each other. Plus there are so many different areas to hang out. Even the master bathroom was as big as a room. Four of us in the kitchen... no problem. The massive space was so nice which allowed us all to have our own private spaces and even quiet times alone. I also liked the security on the premises of the resort, resort amenities (4-5 pools, 2-3 hot tubs, cafe), lower lever (beautiful condo balcony view & avoiding the additional elevator floor stops), and of course the short access to the beach. Ah... that beach... smooth soft sand, beautiful waters and gorgeous views. We also used the portable beach chairs that your provided. That really helped tons (avoided the $35 per day chair rental that the beach vendors wanted). The local shopping/restaurants are really great too. So many places were close by that we walked to most of them, even a local Walmart. I can't do that in my home town. Thanks again Gene for always ensuring that everything is perfect! You did it again!

Fabulous Condo On the Beach

This condo is lovely, spacious, very clean, and has fabulous views. We vacationed with 4 adults and 2 small children and had plenty of room. The large balcony is great for playing, eating meals, and just relaxing in the lounge chairs. The only things the condo lacked were enough paper towels and toilet paper. We ran out on the second day and had to purchase our own. Those are minor things, of course. Same with trash bags for that matter. Another small thing we noticed was that the pool was always rather coldish. Not freezing, but not very warm water, which we'd want for small kids. This, of course, is not the owner's fault. Just an observation. We actually used the pool of the adjacent building, b/c the pool in our building was under a roof, so it was very cold. The sun didn't reach it much. The beach is great at this resort. We did not rent an umbrella ($35/day), although they're available. Ocean was warm and inviting. Overall, I give this property a solid A. A warmer pool and more household items would get it an A+ in my book.

Owner response: Thank you, Alla, for the nice review! We try hard to make the condo as nice as one will find in PCB. Our housekeeping service, as most others, does only leave a "starter kit" of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags. The outdoor pool below Tower II is likely a bit cooler than the other pools next to Tower I because it is partially covered. But all pools in the Resort are for all guests. And there is a children's wading pool next to Tower I. The beach chair/umbrella service is not affiliated with Majestic Beach Resort. They are independent vendors owned by Ed's Beach Service. I agree their daily charge is a bit too high. I am very seriously considering purchasing their beach service for the "season" next year so all of my guests will receive beach service for FREE! I am constantly looking for ways to make your visit to our condo one of the best you've ever had! Thank You again for the kind words on our condo!

My family and I recently stayed here and LOVED it. The unit is HUGE and comes with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is FULLY stocked and perfect for a big family. The balcony is larger than other units and has spectacular views! The unit is on the 4th floor, which means you don't have long elevator rides! The owner was a dream to work with! I would highly recommend staying here!

My family and I have been vacationing in Panama City since the early 80's. I have to say this is one of the nicest units we have ever stayed in. Amenities were way above our expectations. The balcony was our favorite part, plenty of room to eat , visit and just chill. I hope that it will be available the next time we visit.

Perfect Vacation Condo

This is one of the best condos I've ever rented. The owners have thought through every detail from largest to smallest. The unit is perfect - the three full bathrooms are great to have at the end of the day when everyone is getting ready to go out. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need if you decide to cook while you vacation. We spent a lot of time on the balcony too; it's large size makes it a great place to gather and enjoy the peaceful sounds of beach life. As a parent of teenagers, I also love the amount of visible security 24/7! I felt extremely safe whether in the condo, at the pools, or going to the parking deck.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

This is an awesome property. The pictures are to the tee as to what the condo looked like. The views from the 4th floor we great. The condo had everything we needed. THe kitchen was stocked with everytning we needed, just like home. This was a very clean and well maintained condo. We really enjoyed our trip and the owners were amazing to get to know. This is our third consecutive year in this beautiful condo. This unit well surpasses any other units that we had previously rented in the past. We really feel at home in this condo. Gene, the owner, has made great effort to upgrade the unit from kitchen ware to new beddings to meet the needs of all his guests. This unit is always clean and well-maintained. Should any problems arise, Gene will go out of his way to rectify and accommodate his guests. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone wishing to spend some quality time in Panama City Beach. Being extremely satisfied guests we have already booked this unit for next year's vacation.

We stayed at the condo during October for a Church Convention and were very pleased with everything the condo had to offer. We had friends staying at other units in the Resort and found ours to be the very best of all we saw. It was certainly one of the best condos we've ever stayed in. We would love to return for a future visit. We absolutely loved the unit!

This is by far the best condo at Majestic Beach and probably on the strip. If you enjoy luxury with large spaces and great views, this corner condo can't be beat. The owners are very caring too. They were very patience and helpful with all of my travel questions and much more. Upon arrival I was in awe of the place. Very nice decor, well maintained and clean. Even better than the photos. I felt completely relaxed in this comfortable atmosphere. Then... the rest of the property... heaven. I recommend this to anyone who wants to pamper themselves. I already have a plan to return next year. Thank you Gene for all of your kindness and sharing your home!
