Every room (except closets and bathrooms) has a gulf view. The master has a private deck. There are additional decks for grilling or just watching the dolphins or the sunset.

WE STAYED LAST FALL. THE PLACE IS BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!! RIGHT ON THE BEACH, YOU JUST STEP OFF INTO THE SAND. WE STAYED ON THEIR BEAUTIFUL PORCH MUCH OF OUR TIME THERE AND ENJOYED THE OCEAN VIEWS.

The Grits Carlton is a wonderful ocean front home. This house has 3 decks with breath-taking views of the white sandy beaches & crystal blue water. The house is very neat and clean with so many amenties. Beautifully decorated and location is great!!! Rosemary Beach with shops and great restaurants very close by on 30-A. Mrs.Smith is so nice & wonderful to work with and makes the rental process very easy. Enjoyed our stay and will rent again in the future. Great house & great location!!!

This is the perfect house to rent if you're looking to be right on the sand. What a treat to walk out of the house and right on to the very quiet and clean beach. The house has all amenities you'd need, including lots of sand toys, a kayak, boogie boards, etc. All the shops of Rosemary Beach are an easy walk away and two grocery stores are less than a 5 minute drive. Our son LOVED staying in the private cupola on the very top floor, where he had his own private set of spiral stairs to his room. We can't wait to come back!

We were sold on the pictures showing the breathtaking views of the ocean, they were even more spectacular in actuality. The house was clean and had a very quirky beachy theme to it. A highlight for my 5 year old was the tower room where he often wanted to go up to and have 'adventures'. Highly recommend this very reasonably priced beachfront home!

great place to stay, very well stocked, mrs. smith is super nice and helpful, staying right on the beach is the only way to go, got to see a sea turtle nest hatch in the middle of tropical storm claudette, great beach views from inside and outside, thanks again for letting us stay.....timmy, penny, mandy, izzy, brittany, brandon, and rouster
