This spacious home features a living room/great room on the main floor with comfortable furnishings and sliding glass doors opening to the deck overlooking Lake Arrowhead. It has a gas fireplace and cable TV with DVD and CD players.
The adjoining remodeled kitchen has granite countertops (including seating for 2) and a center island. All stainless steel appliances include gas stove, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal.
The dining room with formal seating for 6 plus a children's table for 4 and a high chair, opens onto the side deck with a beautiful view of the lake.
4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms - Two king suites plus one bedroom with 2 bunk beds on the third floor. The first floor has a king-sized bed, a fireplace, kitchenette, bathroom and laundry room. There is an enclosed, covered patio outside this room, with more lake views.
The house provides sleeping for a total of 6 adults and 4 children. This is not a "party house". We want mature renters with a respect for our home and environment.
The nearby dock is the ideal place for sunbathing, swimming, fishing, eating and watching sunsets.
There is a covered garage with off-street parking for 3 cars.
There are 43 steps from the street to the house, and another 45 to the lake.
Below the house is a path that leads to Arrowhead Village and Resort - OR around the entire lake!

I spent a week here in June '11 with 3 girlfriends. Everything about the place was fabulous. We couldn't have been more thrilled to arrive here late at night and find this beautiful, comfy home away from home with all of the ammenities we could ever need. Each of us had a large bedroom to ourselves and plenty of bathrooms to go around. We spent many of our days on the deck or below on the dock. We enjoyed the path below the deck for early morning walks or jogs. The kitchen was so modern and clean. I could go on and on. I would love to come back next year. I would definately recommend it to others.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, girls getaway, families with teenagers.

What a wonderful trip. We truly enjoyed ourselves. The weather was perfect and the house was incredible. What a great lake! We enjoyed hiking and the village and really enjoyed the Art and Wine Fair at Tavern Bay Beach. Thanks again!

The walks were fabulous, meals out delicious, and time together memorable. What a super house to make family memories. We loved coffee on the deck with fantastic views and our bonding with the ambitious woodpecker! This has been the best time ever!

A birthday celebraton in PARADISE--gorgeous home, and unexpected snow that was magical to behold, roaring fire with DVD's to watch, hours just looking at the majestic views from all the windows, Scrabble contests, and above all, a peach and tranquility that can't be described in words. Thank you.
