Open floor plan, newly remodeled. Private pathway to breathtaking beach, private gated stairway/path directly across the street. Outdoor patio living, propane BBQ, beautiful newly remodeled kitchen and bathrooms, double garage automatic opener, fenced yard for your four-legged best friend, private, rustic street.

Lovely quiet neighborhood./NO large parties (over 25 guests.)

Furniture is practical and comfortable, also kid and pet friendly. Fenced yard with 4 1/2 foot fence. Beautiful unique entry gate with aquamarine glass and bronze dolphins over a 3 dimensional underwater scene. Garage with automatic door opener.

TV/DVR's in each bedroom. Master suite has Cal King bed. Other upstairs bedroom and downstairs bedroom has queen-sized beds. Open loft study could accommodate temporary visitor on a rollaway bed. (I do not have a rollaway, but if requested, I could order one if requested at least 2 weeks ahead of arrival date. Tenant to pay expense of rollaway bed (max. $200).

5 minutes away, 2 supermarkets, deli's and 2 wifi Starbucks (in Pavilion).

Year Purchased: 1997

I have three grown lawyer daughters and three wonderful grandchildren. I love the outdoors and taking my dog to the dog park. I am active in the Malibu community and have lived here for over 30 years plus I am a Los Angeles native. I am semi-retired and spend lots of my time in Palm Springs.

Why the Owner Chose Malibu

This is not a vacation home, but my personal home in the beachside town called Malibu. Malibu is actually a small town with just 13,000 residents.Where I am located (Broadbeach neighborhood) it is very quiet with little traffic except during the summer weekends.

The Unique Benefits of this House

The beautiful Pacific Ocean and wonderful, warm, seaside climate. Stars at night, no night life nearby, quiet, relaxing rather than rocking.
