Ocean view from the balcony and the Atlantic City Skyline from the second bedroom and entryway. Master bedroom has one queen-sized bed, cable TV, and two closets, private bathroom with double sinks, two-person whirlpool tub, and shower stall. Second bedroom has queen-sized bed and cable TV.
Second bathroom has vanity sink and tub/shower. Kitchen is newly equipped and has refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, electric stove, and oven. Dining area with table for six and two more can sit at the island. Living room has queen-sized sofa bed, love seat, and cable TV with VCR/DVD player.
Relax on the balcony while you listen to the sea gulls and watch the waves of the Atlantic Ocean roll ashore. Complex is steps to the beach. Beach tags for six included. Parking garage with parking for two vehicles and elevator. No pets allowed due to condominium rules.

Why the Owner Chose Brigantine
We decided to purchase our condo in Brigantine because it is a family oriented town. It is quiet yet close to the nightlife of Atlantic City, the boardwalk in Ocean City, the Cape May Zoo, leisurely shopping in Stone Harbour and Cape May. Quiet when you want to just relax on the beach yet from 5 minutes to about an hour of the other Jersey shore towns. Our complex, Krystle Beach, is just across the street from beach access and our beach is lifeguard protected.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
One of our favorite things to do is to have our coffee on the deck while watching the waves roll in. It is quiet and so peaceful. We love having breakfast or dinner at the Laguna Grill which is the one restaurant in town which sits directly on the beach. A few blocks away is an amazing Italian bakery, Aversa's, which when on vacation the word "diet" seems to be pushed aside! And of course, there is always the casinos!
