This house sets on a private peninsula with 360 degree views of ocean and mountains. It is very private and secure. It overlooks Las Dunas and Shore Island Beaches. It is 5 minutes from Jobos and Shacks Beach. It includes the entire top floor of the structure and is an independent unit from the downstairs. It is the highest point in Isabela, PR beachside. It is a fully furnished home.
There are private balconies on all sides of the house. It has a private parking location. It has 2 TVs and a DVD library. The trail to the beach is overgrown and a difficult hike, but it's only a few minutes by car to many different beaches. The furniture is simple and comfortable. The queen size bed in the master bedroom is a Sealy and very comfortable. The kids bedroom has a full size and twin bed.
There are two spare mattresses for extra guests. The kitchen is fully furnished with pots, pans, microwave, coffeemaker, gas stove etc. There is a barbeque grill in the shed. This is the perfect place to relax in peace. I've had author's use the retreat to write novels. Professional surfers love the waves. Shacks Beach a few minutes away is a Kitesurfers Paradise. Paraglider pilots on occasion soar with the Frigate and Seagoing Albatross in the backyard.
For the price, you will not find a better deal. The location is a one of a kind since it offers East, North and West ocean views. Enjoy!
