I arranged this place for a five-family gathering. 4 nights 5 days for 10 adults and 9 children. Listing description is accurate and well updated(especially in VRBO), property clean and well maintained. When I called Ed, the owner, prior to the visit to confirm a various things, he answered in a very gentle manner with detailed explanation. My primary pupose of the visit was to provide a shelter for skiers, the house was a perfect match, not too luxurious, but "adequate" and "abundant" in amenities. Lots of bathroom each per bedroom was very helpful. Since we had so many people, the bedroom/bathroom at ground level was assigned to a family, leaving no bathroom for a "public" use. Dual hot water heater provided plenty of hot water for shower, we never had to be surprised by all-of-a-sudden cold water during shower. The new large panel TV in the living room provided a lot of entertainment. Location is perfect, 15 min away from Mt Rose ski resort and 5 min drive to the Raley's. Lake view is wonderful, and the gas BBQ worked great. WiFi is very high speed. Try to access the SSID with "-guest" against the provided password, as we had a bit of problem figuring out. No sign of pet staying at the house in the recent days. Ed said the last guest with pets was about 4 years ago. Wouldn't have to worry too much of the deck for small kids, but no harm to be aware. Overall, the house and the owner are well "experienced" as we did not have any discomfort. I would recommend this to friends and relatives.
Owner response:Thank you. Incline Village is a great place.

Loved our recent stay at this lovely home in the best part of Lake Tahoe. Main (entry) floor bedroom was perfect for grandma and grandpa, easy access, no stairs. The Great Room held the whole extended family in comfort and the kitchen was fully stocked - had all the utensils, pots, pans you would want - home away from home! The decks all had great views (especially the view of the lake from the upper deck) and offered a nice place to read or just take in the fresh mountain air. We also loved the easy access to casinos and quiet beaches, in this peaceful part of Lake Tahoe, away from the crowds. Great floor plan, great amenities, great location. We plan to return this ski season.

My family and I have been staying at this beautiful home for over 20 years. We have celebrated major milestones in our family including family reunions, graduations, Christmas' and just time to be together. The floor plan is perfect for large gatherings as well as intimate gatherings. The 3 large decks, one of each level, have amazing views of North Lake Tahoe and the Lake. I love being minutes from Incline Village and the quaint shopping and gambling that it provides. There is great hiking and skiing as well, with the hiking just right out the front door. It's hard to leave the house to venture out, but well worth it once you do to explore this part of Tahoe. I appreciate the smaller crowds and small town feel. I can't wait to bring my family back to our "home away from home. I hope you get the opportunity to enjoy it as well!
Owner response:Thank you for the nice comments.

The house had everything I wanted and more. Very relaxing, great views, nice to bbq and eat outside and smell the fresh air & pine trees. Nice open kitchen. Plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms. Quiet location, not too close to neighbors, not far from shops and a grocery store. Tahoe is the greatest place, any time of year. There are so many fun things to see & do in the summertime.
Owner response:Thanks you
