Accommodations: House, 6 Bedrooms + Bunk Area, 5 Baths (Sleeps 12-14)
The home is 2700 square feet, 3 floors 900 square feet on each floor with a large deck for privacy on each level.
Top floor has kitchen right off the same level as the garage with the living room and one bedroom that has bath with shower. This is good for folks with trouble getting up or down the stairs. Has a queen bed.
Next level down has master, king bed with walk in closet, nice bath, double shower heads, great deck and table for doing computer work or quiet reading place. This is a very large room.
The washer and dryer are on this level. One more bedroom with private bath on this level with queen bed. Bottom level has 3 bedrooms, 1 king and two queens and 2 bunk beds and 2 bathrooms.
A great feature is two large water heaters hooked together so you get twice as much hot water as any other house. Think of hot showers for everyone.

- Garage: Two car with entry between. Ski racks in garage. Lots of hooks in entry for heavy clothes and boots
- Off Street Parking: Small road to electric unit across the street could provide extra parking
- Parking for RV/Boat/Trailer: We have parked fifth wheel here but it takes extra work to brace it as the street is fairly steep at this location.
- Wood Fireplace: Remember to open the damper. Fire wood is not included.

- Mountain View: You can see the area where the golf course is but it is hidden by the trees. You can see the ski area, ski incline.

- Telephone: Phone is only good for local call -s but reception for cells is fairly good.
- Broadband Internet: Hard wire in master bedroom and wireless ok in rest of house

- Pet Friendly: Hard wood floor in top level so pets ok their and on deck. Please do not let pets go downstairs or in any bedrooms
- Handicapped Accessible (may have limitations): There is a small step up from entrance. You can put plastic chair in shower on top level
- Wheelchair Accessible (may have limitations): Small step up at entrance so have to help person in
- Kid Friendly: We have had a dozen kids in sleeping bags. Little kids should not be on the deck by themselves.

Location, location, location. Great skiing and Casinos in the winter time with fantastic views and lots of restaurants. Summer time lots of golf, casinos, and restaurants. Hiking, fishing, and boating. Close to Reno and Sacramento airports. Driving time from Los Angeles ok.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Watching the sunrise in the morning. Enjoy the fireplace while looking at the Lake. Kicking back and reading a book or go skiing or golfing or hiking or boating. Playing cards with family and friends and enjoying the lake view.
I do believe this is the most beautiful golf course in the world. 3 minutes from the house
This is for Intermediate ski folks. 4 minutes from house. All other ski runs are within 25 minutes or less.
Best route from Sacramento, San Francisco, Los Angeles. Very cute town, shopping etc 30 minutes
