I arranged this place for a five-family gathering. 4 nights 5 days for 10 adults and 9 children. Listing description is accurate and well updated(especially in VRBO), property clean and well maintained. When I called Ed, the owner, prior to the visit to confirm a various things, he answered in a very gentle manner with detailed explanation. My primary pupose of the visit was to provide a shelter for skiers, the house was a perfect match, not too luxurious, but "adequate" and "abundant" in amenities. Lots of bathroom each per bedroom was very helpful. Since we had so many people, the bedroom/bathroom at ground level was assigned to a family, leaving no bathroom for a "public" use. Dual hot water heater provided plenty of hot water for shower, we never had to be surprised by all-of-a-sudden cold water during shower. The new large panel TV in the living room provided a lot of entertainment. Location is perfect, 15 min away from Mt Rose ski resort and 5 min drive to the Raley's. Lake view is wonderful, and the gas BBQ worked great. WiFi is very high speed. Try to access the SSID with "-guest" against the provided password, as we had a bit of problem figuring out. No sign of pet staying at the house in the recent days. Ed said the last guest with pets was about 4 years ago. Wouldn't have to worry too much of the deck for small kids, but no harm to be aware. Overall, the house and the owner are well "experienced" as we did not have any discomfort. I would recommend this to friends and relatives.
Owner response:Thank you. Incline Village is a great place.

We had the whole clan (14) with lots of space for everyone and with all the privacy you would want. We did more sitting around taking in the fantastic views and the serenity & calmness of the area. We can't wait to come back next year!!!

My family and I have been staying at this beautiful home for over 20 years. We have celebrated major milestones in our family including family reunions, graduations, Christmas' and just time to be together. The floor plan is perfect for large gatherings as well as intimate gatherings. The 3 large decks, one of each level, have amazing views of North Lake Tahoe and the Lake. I love being minutes from Incline Village and the quaint shopping and gambling that it provides. There is great hiking and skiing as well, with the hiking just right out the front door. It's hard to leave the house to venture out, but well worth it once you do to explore this part of Tahoe. I appreciate the smaller crowds and small town feel. I can't wait to bring my family back to our "home away from home. I hope you get the opportunity to enjoy it as well!
Owner response:Thank you for the nice comments.

The house had everything I wanted and more. Very relaxing, great views, nice to bbq and eat outside and smell the fresh air & pine trees. Nice open kitchen. Plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms. Quiet location, not too close to neighbors, not far from shops and a grocery store. Tahoe is the greatest place, any time of year. There are so many fun things to see & do in the summertime.

Loved our recent stay at this lovely home in the best part of Lake Tahoe. Main (entry) floor bedroom was perfect for grandma and grandpa, easy access, no stairs. The Great Room held the whole extended family in comfort and the kitchen was fully stocked - had all the utensils, pots, pans you would want - home away from home! The decks all had great views (especially the view of the lake from the upper deck) and offered a nice place to read or just take in the fresh mountain air. We also loved the easy access to casinos and quiet beaches, in this peaceful part of Lake Tahoe, away from the crowds. Great floor plan, great amenities, great location. We plan to return this ski season.

Amazing view from living and kitchen area and also from master bedroom. All the comforts of home. This is a beautifull 6 bedroom 5 bath home. Great for entertaining. Beds are comfy just like my bed at home. I love this place, it is my fourth stay. I should mention the great decks for viewing the lake and BBQin.

We thoroughly enjoyed our family reunion in this lovely, spacious mountain home. The great room combo kitchen/dining/living room was perfect for our group meals and activities. The views off the decks were spectacular, and offered chances to break off into more quiet spaces. This really is in the nicest part of Lake Tahoe: easy access to both mountain and lake sports plus the casino for nightlife. We hope to return soon!

We spent the most wonderful week in Lake Tahoe at your Incline Village home. Our children and grandchildren met us there and there was room for us all. The view from the balcony is breath taking and the wonderful master bedroom (where we could get away from the kids) is especially nice. We saw a bear one day down the hill which was quite a thrill for us all. Thanks for renting out your house. We will plan another trip and will be sure to stay in the same place! Sam and Nancy

We had the distinct pleasure of staying at the Lake Tahoe home with business colleagues and had our meeting on the premises. Our group occupied the entire house. It was a great time, close to the Lake, golf and many superb restaurants. Would highly recommend renting this house!

I recently stayed here and had a wonderful, relaxing time. The beds and bedding are luxurious and the rooms are nicely laid out. The view from every room is spectacular and breakfast on one of the three decks is unforgettable. All the amenities are appreciated - the theater seats and recliners, full cable, wireless internet and DVD players. Thank you for the attention to all these details. I'll be back!

We have been fortunate enough to stay at this lovely home twice. It was the perfect location for a family reunion involving four generations. The accommodations were perfect for great grandma on the first floor, grandparents and parents on the second floor and all the kids downstairs. Lots of space for everyone and everything we needed for a memorable time together. The second visit was just our immediate family - lots of fun and plenty to do. The beach, golf and hiking made for many memories. Thank you for sharing this lovely place and incredible view with us!
