  My girlfriends and I ( from 40-50 in age) go to the beach every year. This was our 10th year...This condo was awesome...loved the space and decor and the kitchen is wonderful....We just layed by the pool for 5 days . nothing special...We have stayed at the caribe and phoenix on the bay and phoenix west last year..different condo...This one was way better.... recommended for everyone,...

  My family of six (2 plus 4 kiddos) has used this condo three times. We spent our fall break there last week and love it! The condo is beautiful, has a wonderful kitchen and is set-up well for children. The LR and MBR are near the patio which makes for beautiful views of the ocean. Plus, the two other rooms are at the other end of the condo which is easier for having young children. We love the condo and highly recommend to anyone considering a stay in Orange Beach.

  My family of six have used this condo several times, and it is perfect for families. The set-up is ideal for families with children with bedrooms at the other end of the condo from living room and kitchen. Plus, it is very well decorated. We have enjoyed our stay each time and plan to be back in the fall. Our kids love it! Thanks!

  To The Dour Family, We just returned from our Orange Beach vacation where we stayed in your condo. Your place is beautiful and felt so comfortable, like being at home. The decor is great. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, after a short trip for groceries we were all set. Breakfast was always enjoyed on the balcony (WHAT A VIEW from the 14th floor). With 4 children we could not have made it without the washer & dryer. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well, and were able to enjoy the beach & the pools. The lazy river & slide were also a big hit. Parking was not a problem . Everything exceeded our expectations. We would certainly welcome the opportunity to stay here again. Thank you, Wanda, for helping me get everything booked & in order- no detail was overlooked. I recommend your condo to everyone looking for a great vacation.

  My family of 7 just returned from a wonderful vacation in this lovely condo! We had a spectacular time! The unit was beautiful, clean, spacious...all the comforts of home. My mother actually stated that she got the best sleep on this vacation over any vacation she'd ever been on! The owner was extremely pleasant to deal with and gladly answered all of my questions. We hope to stay here again in the future! Thanks for the use of your condo!!

  ONCE AGAIN WE WERE REALLY HAPPY TO SPEND TIME IN THIS CONDO. IT IS JUST BEAUTIFUL. WHAT A GREAT TIME WITH FAMILY. AND SO MUCH ROOM. WE WERE HAPPY TO SEE THE DOLPHINS SWIM BY. COUSIN JERRY HAS PHOTO'S OF THEM. YOU DO NOT NEED ANYTHING EXCEPT DISHWASING LIQUID. THERE WERE PLENTY OF FOLKS BY THE BEACH AND POOL, BUT YOU STILL HAD THE FEELING OF HAVING YOUR OWN SPACE. SO VERY RELAXING. WE WERE ESPECIALLY GLAD THAT THE WHOLE FAMILY WAS THERE. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE USE OF THE BEAUTIFUL CONDO.

  Our Spring Break vacation was a short five days (counting 2 for travel) to and from beautiful Gulf Shores. Arriving at Phoenix West with our family of 5, after a long day of travel was a welcome sight. Still even more pleasent was the beautifully decorated and roomy unit 1402 on the 14th floor. It was everything the owners (Dick & Wanda Dour) had expressed to us in our contacts with Wanda. Wanda was a joy to talk to and answered all our questions to the fullest in her warm southern accent taking extra time and effort to make sure our stay would be an enjoyable one. We found everything clean, well-maintained and since I love to cook for family & friends, I was delighted to discover the well-equipped kitchen and have our meals in the dining room and on the balcony overlooking the ocean. Early morning with a cup of coffee on the balcony was a great way to start the day. Since I'm my husband's favorite cook, we dined out only twice: Waffle House and Chinese restaurant. However, there are a variety of places to eat out in the area. For us the main attraction was the beautiful beach. Just relaxing in the sun was enough for us. Our daughter, son-in-law, grand-daughter and friend did enjoy riding the Go-Carts next to the Water Park narby. I have shared our experiences at Phoenix West with friends who are planning to contact the Dours for reservations in June. I would recommend a Gulf Shores vacation at the Phoenix West to anyone wanting a short-term or long-term vacation.

  Our group included 2 grandparents, 1 mom, 1 teenage grandaughter and her friend. We were all equally excited about this condo and all it had to offer. It is beautifully furnished and has everything you could possibility want or need. We enjoyed our time together in the living room, dining area, kitchen, game table, and the balcony. And when we wanted to retreat to our own space, we all had beautiful bedrooms awaiting us. All areas are inviting and comfortable. The kitchen is the greatest and is furnished in every minute detail. If you want it or need it, it's there! On the balcony you can have a meal, play cards, sit and visit, or spend some time alone enjoying a quiet evening, a full moon shining on the water (if you pick the right time as we did) and even a sunrise and a moon both in the same sky. You can almost reach out and touch a seagull now and then. For the grandparents, the indoor heated pool and hot tub were available. The exercise room, the lazy river, and the outdoor pool were attractions for the younger folks. And we all enjoyed walking on the sandy beach each day. The staff was efficient and helpful in every way and the owners are the nicest you will ever encounter. And Wanda was an especially considerate owner in helping us to arrange our time to our best advantage and calling us to make sure that everything was in order when we arrived. Memories of this condo will linger in your thoughts long after you have left it. And it's one that you will look forward to returning to the next time you plan a trip to the beach. So give Wanda a call and tell her Betty recommended her condo. It's the best!

  Wonda, We just loved the condo. My kids and grandkids loved it as well. We had the best time.We like having our own TV in each bedroom. The grandkids liked watching a movie before goining to sleep a night. Hope maybe next year we can come back and stay again. Again thanks Wonda for a great condo.Our stay was 9/8 to 9/13/09. Janie

  OUR FAMILY WITH BOTH SETS OF INLAWS STAYED 8-16 THRU 8-24 IT WAS A WONDERFUL SETUP. LOTS OF BEDDING AND CABINET SPACE. MY COMPLIMENTS TO WANDA ON HER WONDERFUL PLANNING I HAVE NEVER STAYED IN A UNIT WITH ENOUGH TOWEL RACKS . THEY WERE EVERYWHERE YOU CAN NEVER HAVE TOO MANY OF THOSE AT THE BEACH. YOU DEFINETLY HAVE ALL THE AMMENITIES OF HOME. LOVE THE HAIR DRYERS HAVE 4 GIRLS AM GOING TO GET SOME OF THOSE FOR HOME. BEATIFUL UNIT GREAT VIEWS WONDERFUL BEACH KIDS LOVED THE LAZY RIVER AND SLIDE THANKS SO MUCH FOR SHARING YOUR PIECE OF PARADISE
