There's plenty of room to get together with the gang or escape to your own private space. Two large family size picnic tables at the two new outdoor park grills for enjoyable outdoor living. Located midway between Wilmington and Myrtle Beach, Holden Beach is has miles of white sandy beaches along the Atlantic Ocean, the island is a perfect place for beachcombers and joggers to enjoy. Holden Beach has a reputation as a quiet, family-oriented vacation destination with very little in the way of commercial development.
Seafood restaurants, putt-putt, waterslide, bumper boats, go-karts, amusements, and golf driving range are located just minutes away across the causeway.
Golf is abundant with 37 courses in Brunswick County. For boaters, there are two marinas less than six blocks away that feature easy access to the intercoastal waterway.
