Have a cuddle, a cup of coffee and then saunter off the the ski lift for a day on the World's best ski mountain (JMO)! You're in the heart of Aspen and footsteps away from world class skiing, shopping, dining and entertainment but you're on the edge of the forest on the side of Aspen Mountain. It's the best of both worlds. This studio is *charming* that's the only word for it- utterly charming with a comfortable overstuffed armchair and ottoman to lounge by the fire or watch the flat screen TV. The Windsor style bed (with temperpedic mattress, fluffy topper, Goose Down comforter with Duvet cover and Egyptian cotton sheets) can be King or converted into two Twins, it's perfect for a late morning snuggle while you gaze out at Aspen Mountain. The folk art mural in the entry lends the whole space a touch of whimsy.
The kitchen is an "armoire" kitchen which is small but efficient it includes a drawer dishwasher, a microwave/convection oven and a two burner glass stove top. The Arts and Crafts style pocket doors are "safety" doors which turn off the oven and the stove top when closed. The bath has a full size tub and shower, two sinks and a dressing room. The unit comes with a ski locker at ground level and there are bike racks in the parking lot. Other amenities include a guest basket of soap, shampoo, conditioner ++, All Clad and Le Creuset cookware, Wusthof knives, Mamma Ro tableware and cloth napkins. There is also a small library of books all about Aspen.
Half a block away is the St. Regis with a Fitness Center- although you may prefer to take your exercise skiing or hiking right outside your door. You can walk down to Ruby Park and catch the bus to the our other 3 ski mountains, the Music Tent, Maroon Bells or the Glenwood Hot Springs and Spa.
Did I mention value? Please compare these rates with any other properties which are within 2 blocks of the downtown mall. All rates without lodging tax.
Spring off season: $100 per night (weekly rate $560 for 7 nights)
Summer season: $145 per night (weekly rate $875 for 7 nights)
Fall off season: $125 per night (weekly rate $700 for 7 nights)
Winter season: $200 per night (weekly rate $1260 for 7 nights)
Christmas and New Years week $1750
Daily over Christmas and New Years week: $325 per night

Disclaimers: This is a third floor unit and there is no elevator, it is a no pets non smoking rental, there is no childproofing in this unit, there is a maximum 2 person occupancy.
Daily maid service is provided upon request for an additional fee. There will be a 10% City of Aspen lodging tax (please go to the City of Aspen web site for lodging tax information it is currently at 10.1% and about to go up to 11.1%) on all rentals under one month. A damage deposit is also required with the final payment. We accept PayPal.

I love Aspen and I always have. My family moved here in 1968. What made Aspen special then is what makes it special now. It's a small town with a Cosmopolitan attitude, the best of both worlds. Come and visit, especially in the off season, and discover what the magic of this little valley is all about.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Location location location. You're one block away from lift 1A. You can ski down to the condo and you can ski from the condo down to the Gondola. Since you're on the "mountain" side of the building it's as if you're in the woods. In the summer we've had nesting hummingbirds in the big pine next to the balcony. So, you're in the center of town just up the hill from the bus stop and the Opera House but you're also in a secluded and private spot.
