This Condo is gorgeously furnished and the layout is great for having 2 different families in the same location. The property is well located -lose to the action, but far enough away to enable some quiet times. We will look forward to renting this property again in future years.

We traveled to Daytona for our daughters National Dance Competition. The weather did not cooperate as we spent the first 4 days dealing with tropical storm Debbie. All I can say us thank goodness for this amazing condo! It is so spacious and stocked With everything you can imagine! We were so comfortable and felt like We were home!

Everything exceeded our expectations. The condo was as described/pictured or better. The pictures don't give a true idea of just how huge the place is, especially the master suite. With 3 adult couples (my brother and his wife and my parents) we each had our own bedroom with private bath that seemed like we were in our own hotel room at night but then also had a huge, very nice living room/kitchen where we could all spend time together. There were also a lot of random small things that enhanced our experience: -The DVD player had a USB input so we could easily watch movies/shows that we had downloaded to our laptops on the condo's flat screen TVs. -The internet was very fast. -When our 5 year old nephew came by to hang out one afternoon, there were a lot of toys in the hallway closet that he enjoyed playing with. -The workout room downstairs was very nice with plenty of free weights and very nice treadmills with attached televisions. -There was a ton of space and seating in the kitchen/dining areas which ended up getting a lot of use and allowed us to have friends/family over.

Our entire family stayed here for a week. We found the condo to be well-appointed with attention to all potential needs. Communication with the owner was excellent. Beautiful area, pool, beach, etc. were all great, particularly for a family with kids. Highly recommended!

This condo exceeded our expectations! We are yearly visitors to Florida and have stayed many places, but this unit is by far one of the best. It was spacious and beautifully appointed. The views of both the ocean and intercoastal were amazing. Disney, St. Augustine, Marineland, and Cocoa Beach are all about an hour away in any direction. Our daughters are already planning our next vacation and have demanded that here is where we must stay! Thanks, Chris. We would love to come back again next year.

Wonderful Modern Family Friendly Condo

This fun and festive condo is extremely spacious- there is generous room in the 3 bedrooms/3 baths plus a half bath. It is very nicely decorated with a contempory touch, you can tell that the owners take good care of the place. They were very responsive in a positive way to any needs that we requested during our stay. There is a large kitchen with plenty of room (make that TONS!) for people to relax, have a festive time or cook and hang out together. There are 2 good size balconies - one that faces the cityside and the Halifax River, the other is huge: on the side of the building overlooking the ocean from the side. There is an outdoor grill and nice area on the balcony to have drinks. The condo had beach towels and toys for the beach already stocked up for guests usage. There is plenty of private space in this condo, we never felt like we were "on top of each other". The building itself had a quite friendly staff and was well kept. There is a very large clubhouse room with a pool table and a nice sized work out room. The building is in walking distance to the historic Boardwalk Area and there is plenty to occupy kids and adults alike. The general area has a wealth of things to do: on the South end is Ponce Inlet with the Lighthouse, park/ beach area and fishing/boating activities. To the North side is Ormond Beach and Tomoka State Park, it is just beautiful to bike thru this area. There are too many good dining options to mention, one tip I have is to dine where the locals do- places like BoonDocks and Charlie Horse are great bets with friendly staff, fresh fish and fair prices. We had an amazing time and cannot wait to return!

We were fortunate this year to take a much needed family vacation and this condo was perfect!! We were first attracted to it online by the description of the size and the pictures! When we arrived it was even better than we thought it would be! The seven of us had plenty of space, it was very clean, the kitchen was amazing and the view from the deck was beautiful. The owner, Chris, was very helpful and always so quick to respond to any questions we had! We will definitely be back!!

What a great place to spend a vacation! We couldn't believe our eyes when we walked into this place. The pictures were great on the website, but seeing it in person was unbeliveable. Very spacious with lots of room throughout. The huge kitchen was fully equipped. We enjoyed using the grill and eating out on the deck overlooking the ocean. We also loved sitting on the front deck watching the sunset. The decor in the condo was spectacular! Truly a beautiful place, we look forward to returning sometime in the future.

Our group of five racing friends rented the condo to attend the Rolex 24- it was an great experience to have all the group in one place rather than scattered over several hotel rooms. One guy slept on the futon since 2 of the bedrooms were single large beds but it still worked out fine for 5 guys. We really enjoyed the front deck overlooking the ocean and the rear deck which looked toward the speedway- it was a top tier, first class rental Since I arranged the location all the guys kept telling me how great it was- I would recommend it to anyone. Place was immaculate and in great shape

Our family had a wonderful time! Owner was extremely helpful in answering of our questions/concerns. Online listing descriptions/photos were accurate. We were able to reserve the club room for our daughters graduation celebration! It was perfect! Enjoyed all the other amenities including the hot tub/pool and workout room and of course the beautiful beach! Restaurants to recommend: Aunt Catfish's and Hidden Treasures Bar and Grill both in nearby Pt Orange. They are both AAA partners so you can show your AAA membership card for a discount too! :) Would highly recommend this condo to everyone, great value, beautiful property!

Thanksgiving Vacation

This was our 2nd year to rent this condo. This is the best place on Daytona Beach to stay. The condo has everything needed for your vacation from the most beautiful views of the ocean and the inter coastal. The condo is beautifully decorated. We had 10 people and it slept everybody comfortably. GREAT PLACE FOR A VACATION. Plan on going back again this fall.

Awesome place to stay! Our entire family loved it. The condo was spacious and beautifully furnished. The owners thought of everything! The views were incredible and we loved being right on the beach. Lots of nice amenities were included. We especially liked the free wifi and the selection of DVD's. Our family would love to return again this year.

We spent the week of July 4th, in this beautiful condo. This property is everything that we expected, and more. The views are amazing, and the pictures do not do this property justice. We have been coming to Daytona Beach for spring break for about 12 years. This condo is by far the nicest we have ever rented. It is beautifully furnished, and even more spacious than the pictures look. It has everything you need for your stay. We loved the large balconies, and the great views. The convenient location, and the secure building were added bonuses. Chris was prompt, courteous, and professional. We will definitely be renting this condo again.

FABULOUS!!!

We just returned from spending our spring break week in this condo. Gayle & Chris are wonderful and easy to work with. Great communication. The condo is more beautiful than the pictures. The views are breathtaking. We saw dolphins from the balcony. You are so secure in this condo. Words can not explain how great this place is. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a place to relax and have a stress free time. We cooked in most of the time, and had everything we needed except for the groceries. We slept 6 adults and 4 kids ages 12 & 8. Plenty of room and never felt crowded. The place is decorated nicely and have VERY comfy beds. The sunset at night is beautiful from the west balcony. The area is quiet and has stores, restaurants and activities close by. If you are looking at this and trying to decide, you will not be disappointed!!! I highly recommend this property and look forward to returning in the future. Thanks for sharing this wonderful condo with us.

Your condo was beautiful. We had more than plenty of room for everybody that we had staying with us. It was a perfect place to have for Thanksgiving with friends and family. My kids enjoyed that heated pool and the Wii for entertainment. The ocean and intercoastal views were beautiful. We will for sure like to come back again next year. A beautiful condo and fantastic views.. We ate all our meals here and had everything we needed. I loved cooking on the balcony grill, both lunch and dinner, and watching the waves at the same time. After dinner we watched beautiful sunsets on the back balcony. Balcony very safe for young children. Chris was very accommodating to our needs. Very secure building. We drove our car ten miles on the beach with Jimmy Buffet CD playing. A wonderful week for us !!!!!! We will definitely return as we live two hours away.

Chris was a joy to work with. The photos do not do it justice. It is just beautiful and very spacious!!! The master bathroom and kitchen are photos that I hope you will add. The double shower heads were great, especially after a long day at the beach. The beds felt like marshmellows. A very comfy and cozy "home away from home" is the best way to descibe this unit. By far the best condo I have experienced anywhere! The building is very secure and very well maintained. We were so pleased that we chose this condo and we hope that we can stay here again on our next visit to Daytona. WE LOVED IT!!!! Thanks again Chris for allowing us the opportunity to stay in your beautiful corner unit. You helped our family celebrate my dad's cancer remission news at the beach as he had hoped. I will highly recommend this place to all of my family and friends who are coming to Daytona.

There was more than enough room for the 7 adults and 2 children that we had and your condo never seemed a bit crowded. We just returned from a one-week stay at this unit, and we had an incredible time. The condo is even better than it looks on the pictures. We liked the fact that it had all the amenities we needed, including soap, shampoo, kitchen items, etc. It was beautifully decorated and we had so much room. My family flew down from Chicago to spend Thanksgiving in Florida. We stayed at Chris's property for one glorious week and felt like we were living in the lap of luxury. The condo is beautifully decorated and is so spacious that our group of 10 never felt crowded. The game room, pool area and exercise facilities were in pristine condition. The kitchen is well-equipped, and Chris was a gem to work with. It truly was the BEST Thanksgiving EVER!
