  Our family of four rented this condo for four days and really wanted to stay longer. It's in an older condo community but that didn't matter to us...the unit and location were GREAT! The decor was very nice and comfortable; the condo was neat, clean and well-maintained. Kitchen was well-equipped and there was a washer/dryer! There's a master bedroom downstairs with full bath, upstairs has a murphy bed which our boys loved (no need to open sofa). They had their own half bath upstairs, which worked out great. They only needed a full bath when they needed showers, anyway. The condo is in the perfect location! Close enough to Panama City to visit but nice and quiet and away from hustle/bustle. It's right on the beach (pretty views!) AND overlooking the pool (so we could let our teenagers go to the pool alone and feel independent but still keep an eye on them from the balcony). Couldn't hear any noise from the pool, though, it was nice and quiet inside. There is a snack bar at the pool that wasn't too expensive with really tasty food teens like. Behind the condo is a lake with a dock and they have canoe and kayak rentals there. Beach was great with lots of interesting shells. We walked to Carillon community to the shops. A supermarket is also minutes away with fresh local shrimp. The condo owner is very kind and attentive. She said if we had ANY problems to let her know (but there were none). We will definitely be back here for vacation...owner and condo are great! Thank you!!!

  We love this condo! The views are wonderful, beds are comfortable, and it just feels spacious. The upstairs/downstairs arrangement was great with older children. Its so nice that the property is adjacent to undeveloped state park property on one side, that makes it less crowded and more scenic. But on the other side, the Carrilon retail area is a walkable distance. We ate at a great restaurant there twice. Then all the other restaurants and attractions in the area are a short drive away. Had a great time and we will definitely be returning!

  Enjoyed our stay sooo much!!! Different from most condos....Enjoyed the beautiful beaches, Lake and Beach views. Murphy Bed was a GREAT alternative to sofa beds......SO comfortable!!!! (up and down in a flash). Rented kayak and canoe right at Marina in resort. Gated community. Alot less crowded, but easy quick drive to Pier Park....about 10 minutes away... NO traffic. we took back roads to PCB restaurants and hit no traffic on holiday weekend. Condo clean and well stocked!! Thanks for a great last minute holiday weekend!!!

  We spent a week relaxing and enjoying the beach. The Condo unit was as advertised, nicely appointed and well maintained. The beach is amazing! Away from the craziness of Panama City, the area was great. It had good access to some nice restaurants, and the grocery store was very close to the complex. I have recommended this unit to friends.

  My husband and I went here for our honeymoon and loved every minute of our stay. With amazing views of both the Gulf of Mexico and Lake Powell, delicious restaurants, and tons of fun places to visit--this was an ideal getaway. The unit was clean, comfortable, and charming.
