This Orlando vacation villa is located in the gated community reserve section of Windsor Hills and is professionally furnished to the highest of standards. Some of the upgrades include 2 separate sitting areas, granite counter tops, upgraded stainless steal appliances and 42' cherry cabinets in the gourmet kitchen, and an extended paver-brick deck area around the inviting pool and spa. This home is situated on a large corner lot!
Description of Property: While vacationing in this villa, you will have all the comforts and conveniences of your own home, plus all the luxuries and amenities of a first class resort - the best of both worlds! Enjoy your own private pool or take advantage of the double Olympic size swimming pool, with an exciting water slide for kids of all ages. Have fun in your own game room or mingle with other guests at Windsor Hills game room, where you will find multiple game tables, both inside and outside the club house. Other amenities include a 48 seat movie theater, exercise room, on-site sundry shop and shuttle service to the theme parks (small fee required). For those of you who love to golf, Mystic Dunes Public Golf Club is just a stone throw away!
Rental Policy Notes: Absolutely No Smoking! Absolutely No Pets! Additional policies are noted in rental policy handbook in villa!
30% deposit required at time of booking with final payment due 12 weeks before stay. Pool heat $25 US per night, $175 per week. Additional $500 security deposit required and fully refundable if no damage is done to property or furnishing(s) removed.
All sales are final, however if you are unable to stay during purchased period due to an unexpected situation*, an alternate stay period can be arranged. *medical emergencies *loss of job *death in family
Rental Notes: We accept all (Visa/Master Card/Discover/American Express) major credit cards! Pool heat $25 US per night, $175 per week. If stay is less than 5 nights an additional $145 will be assessed to rate for housekeeping service(waived for stay greater than 5 nights). We had a wonderful vacation in your beautiful home! We stayed for our spring break with our family of 5 (two teenagers and a 10 year old) and two Grandmothers also. We were very happy with everything. It was very clean and we felt completely at home. We were also very impressed with how beautiful the decor was. We were close to everything from the theme parks (we went to Universal- we have done the Disney thing a few times) to shopping and prom dress shopping as well as enjoying many restaurants. We felt very safe in the gated community also. The only thing we would have liked was another lounger or two by the pool- there were three but there were 7 of us! :-) I would.definitely (and already have) recommend your home to anyone!! We had a family of 10 with 4 of them being kids. This home was nice, clean and spacious. It had all the ammenities that our family needed. The resort was very easy to get to and was about 10-15 minutes away from the Disney parks. And also just about 5 minutes to a variety of Restaurants...Applebees, Olive Garden, Red Lobster..ect. The home was also tastefully decorated...you will not be disappointed with this home. We had a great vacation!!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We completely enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was as nice as you see in the pictures and exceeded our expectaions. I would recommend this property to anyone and will be coming back for future Disney visits. We had a party of 8 so we had plenty of room to spare and the location couldn't be better.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
