This Patio Town home is located in one of the older, established areas of NE Tucson and is considered one of the most desirable in the city. This neighborhood, lined with lots of shady trees and palms is close to TANQUE VERDE Wash and only 4 miles from the entrance to SABINO CANYON, a popular hiking and picnicking destination. Not too far is the road to the summit of MT. LEMMON; and within a short driving distance are hiking trails throughout SAGUARO NAT'L MON. About 45 mins west is the wonderful and ever-changing ARIZONA-SONORA DESERT MUSEUM, & the movie town of OLD TUCSON- lots of fun for kids of all ages! An hour away to the SE is the newly-discovered & fascinating KARTCHNER CAVERNS, and if you want to travel further, you can visit TOMBSTONE - home of the infamous OK CORRAL!
