This Cocoa Beach home is just a short walk from the ocean with its own private solar heated pool and a private dock. Feel free to bring your boat or kayak and don't forget your fishing poles. While sitting on the dock you might see Manatees swim by. And, occasionally dolphins find their way into the canal. Great Egrets, Herons and Pelicans provide you with fly-bys and the Egrets sometimes visit on the pool deck.

The canal leads to the intercoastal waterway and 1,000 islands area providing great fishing, beautiful scenery and sunsets.

The home is very comfortable with all the luxuries you could ask for.

Great location - 2 blocks to downtown Cocoa Beach with great restaurants and shops within walking distance, 2 miles to Ron Jons Surf Shop, Cocoa Beach Surf Shop and Cocoa Beach Pier, 5 miles to Port Canaveral where the cruise ships and charter boats dock. The charter boat captains have a reputation for knowing where to find the fish!
Only 1 hour to Orlando, Universal, Sea World and Disney.

  • Our family stayed here in this wonderful home just last week aug 16th through the 21st and we had an awesome time this is the perfect place to stay when you want to visit cocoa beach spacious and clean plenty of room for everyone beautiful pool area lanai area was so awesome it felt like home from the minute we arrived.everything you could possibly need was there from beach towels all the way to sun burn lotion.will deffinatley reccomend this place to friends.it was great not only is everything so convieniently located we found our selfs walking to most points of intrest.The owners were really great people looking forward to a return trip very soon!THANKS FOR THE GREAT TIME!

  • This was an awesome vacation home. Close to all beach activities yet providing a very quiet and relaxing aviance. This home has everything needed with the exception of food! Pool is the largest we have experienced with a vacation home and the children enjoyed the manatee coming to drink fresh water from the dock and hose. We plan to book again for a full month in 2010! The owners actually provided pet food and water bowls and a basket of toys.

  • Our family stayed from June 20- June 27. Everything was wonderful, we had a great time. We even had a family of manatees visit 5 out of 7 days. The pool was super great, the beds comfortable, the house was neat and clean supplied with everything you could need.
