The home has tile floors throughout, except in the master bedroom. It's welcoming circular driveway and abundant additional parking is perfect for your RV, boats and toys.
Kitchen is all electric, with microwave, ice maker, coffee pot and great set of pots and pans to feed the family. You look out into the private back yard and patio for its ample window. There is a sliding glass door from the dining area off the kitchen to the back yard.
Master bedroom and bath features a "California King" bed, TV and ceiling fan. The well lit bath has dual vanity, skylight and cozy large walk-in shower. There is a huge walk-in closet for those on an extended visit.
Second bedroom has queen sized bed, ceiling fan and sliding door leading to patio. A large closet is also provided.
Third bedroom has two twin beds and ceiling fan.
The living room features a large screen TV, DVD and VCR players, ceiling fan, sleeper sofa, dual recliner and "big guy" recliner perfect for kicking back after a hard day of fun!
Location is one of the best areas of Havasu, west of Highway 95, close to the lake.
The Backyard is fully fenced and private. Small children have plenty of safe places to play.

I was fortunate to have grown up boating and skiing on the Colorado River and Lake Havasu. It is one of the most diverse vacation destinations offering everything from boating to hiking up to 8,000 feet in the Haulipai Mountains. I enjoy kayaking, fishing, ATV riding and hiking. My house is ideally located, just minutes north of Windsor State Beach and close enough to Highway 95 that you can get to shopping or recreation within minutes.
