Living space features a 35' x 40' kitchen and living room with a two story stone fireplace with wood accents. Built in entertainment system. 42" wallmounted 1080 HD TV. 8' Glass dorrs face the lake and level landscaped lot.
House features modern kitchen appliances: refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, disposal, compactor & a Thermador 6 burnera stove in island with fan hood. Granite countertops and slate floor.
1st floor has 2 large bedrooms (queen bed) with private bathroom. 8' Glass door with view of the lake.
2nd floor has three bedrooms two with queen beds and one bed room with two twin beds and sitting area. Each bedroom has a private hand sink in the room.
All bedrooms have hard wood floor, ceiling fan, large closset & dresser.
2nd floor has 3 common bathrooms all with showers. One with a tub & shower, two with a shower.
All bathrooms have granite countertops, tile shower & floors.
Loft above garage has 2 twin bed, bunk bed & queen mattress on floor. Foosball table. Plenty of room for more to sleep on the floor.
Sun room is 14' x 16'for cool nights or inclement weather. Featuring ceiling fan and wood ceiling & three walls of glass over looking the grounds & water.
Large 70' x 35' hand layed brick patio next to house with 50 pieces of designer aluminum and iron patio furniture. Pea stone walk way and lush lawns that lead to a 100' x 100' sandy activity area that includes badmitten & horseshoes which leads to the water.
The beach area has a 5' x 24' mahogany dock and a sandy shoreline. The beach drops off gradually.

We are high school sweethearts. A lot of years together and we finally have the house of our dreams. Family Oriented--We have 6 children. We built this house to have a place where we could all get together. We wanted to share with others the peace and tranquility we find when we are out at the lake.
