Conveniently located, Anthem is approximately 35 minutes north of Phoenix's Sky Harbor International airport at exit #227 on Highway 17.
The beautiful pool and spa in the west facing backyard provide an exceptional evening setting from which to experience Arizona's unrivalled sunsets. The patio includes a gas Barbeque, Dining table which can extend to host 12 people, sun loungers and armchairs for the optimum in relaxation.
The backyard also overlooks the tee boxes and open desert surrounding Ironwood's 12th hole.
Anthem hosts a range of stores and amenities to rival any community and for you shoppers out there the Outlet Mall will be an irresistible attraction. Anthem is only 20 minutes from Scottsdale and all its world famous attractions and shopping and over 30 golf courses within a half hours drive.
The master bedroom is large with a king bed and huge bathroom with walk in shower, large tub and huge separate walk-in closet. All bedrooms are double in size and a second master suite has a full bath with shower as well as two further double bedrooms with a shared jack and jill bathroom again with full bath and shower. One of these bedrooms is fitted out with twin beds and the other with a queen size.
A separate pool-side cabana/casita is set up as an office and is ideal for working while keeping a close eye on the pool as its large window views the entire pool deck. The cabana is equipped with a full bath.

I was very impressed with the home when we arrived. It was nicer than the pictures! The rooms are tastefully decorated and the kitchen has everything you need. Anthem is a lovely community, close to the highway for a trip to Sedona or the Grand Canyon. I would love to stay here again.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway.
